Although my friend highly recommended the bacon and ham burger and their burgers in general, I wasn’t very impressed. It was decent, but there was no zing in the zip

What WAS memorable was the huckleberry cheesecake shake. As I understand it, huckleberries are a thing in the area. I decided not to get a shake because I expect to do plenty of damage while I’m visiting. But when my friend offered me a taste of her shake, I politely dipped a new straw into the dense creamy shake, started to pass it back to her, and then suddenly realized she wasn’t gonna get it back and I ordered her another one.

I don’t know how they manage to combine cheesecake and shake, and have it do justice to both simultaneously, but there’s their magic. 🤷‍♀️ It’s winter so it wasn’t in danger of melting, but it was SO thick! And it stayed that way until the next afternoon when I finished it where I’d left it in the car

Worst zips I've been to, don't go here!
We ordered 2 wranglers, 1 large curly fry, and 2 corn dogs. When we got to the window, they gave us a receipt for 2 regular fires, 1 large curly fry, 2 corn dogs. It took a while but we got them to correct our order.

Burgers were overcooked and cold
The curly fries were put in a small container rather than large so they were all over the place.
The corn dogs were undercooked so that the dough was still raw.

last night my boyfriend and i decided to uber food, took 2 hours to get here just to find out zips forgot a whole burger, fries,drink and sauces i wasn’t to happy so i called them and asked them to please re-make it. he did but said “ everything should’ve been there “ well it wasn’t.. i didn’t waste $50 for half of stuff i didn’t get . i got there and i saw the guy working the grill touch the garbage can and the buns, and burger patties without changing his gloves 🤮 they were complaining and said if people didn’t wanna wait so long for there food they should “ pick up and application and apply” like hello this is YOUR job not mine. there was garbage all over the counter and they were just throwing random stuff in bags also saying “ i don’t know if this goes in there order but they’re getting it anyways “. definitely need new employees. definitely won’t be getting my money again

Ambrose & the Saturday crew here today made it a great place to grab a bite! Chicken strips, burgers, shakes..... tasty, hot and fresh.
Great energy and atmosphere with these guys here.
We usually hit the Zips in Moscow and Colfax. Thanks 👍

This is by far the worst zips around. I would leave zero stars if it was an option. The store is dirty. The employees are dirty. They will touch whatever on site and then touch your food without washing their hands. The wait time is always horrendous and the food is ALWAYS BAD and cold.

Gross. Go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time here

I thought the strips were nicely cooked and the people were awesome. The tarter was not as good as the one located in Market St. But I'm picky and that's just my preference.

Ordered a huckleberry shake tonight with dinner. It was pretty melted by the time we got home but after putting it in the freezer I went to mix it up and saw something sticking out. After further investigation it appears it is a broken gasket from your blender?! Disgusting, I refused to drink this. Unsure if the rest of the gasket was in the cup somewhere. Was too grossed out to care.

The best Zips in the area, sometimes a bit slow, but always tastes good and decent portions for the fish baskets. The restaurant could use some updates. Like the new tp-go packaging too!
