So my food was not very warm and the fries were so hard I couldn't eat them. The customer service at the window was horrible she was super rude.. the guy on the mic though was so nice and helpful. Hence my atmosphere rating.

Its pretty gross inside compared to others. They refuse to honor their advertised specials. Not worth the longer than usual wait at the drivethrough. Always burned fries that you can tell sit there all day. Rude service.

Zips always has a great Papa Joe burger and I love their onion rings! They are not inexpensive though. Two burgers, fries and onion rings, no drinks...$25.

OMG, the burgers and BBQ sauce are out of this world. The guy at the counter could be a little more friendly, but the burger made me forget about him quickly.
