I had a great experience at Zips in Spokane Valley! The service was excellent, the woman who took my order was super helpful and kind. The wait was minimal, just a few minutes, and my food came out hot and fresh.

I honestly don’t understand why some of the reviews for this place are negative because my visit was a solid 5-star experience. In fact, if you look closely, you’ll see plenty of 5-star reviews, which I think speaks volumes.

I have a gluten allergy, and they made sure what I ordered was safe for me, which I really appreciate. That extra level of care made a big difference. Plus, this was my first drive-thru burger experience in years, and it did not disappoint!

I’ll definitely be coming back. Big thanks to the team for great service and fresh, delicious food!

I was really excited to try Zips especially because this location has gluten free buns. They seemed understaffed so had to wait a while to get my food. I paid just over $30 for two meals and they weren’t anything too spectacular. The fries had no seasoning and the burgers could’ve used more sauce. It was nice getting the opportunity to have a fast food burger since they offered gluten free.

If you want to feel like nobody cares about your food or the money you're spending or the product that they're delivering this is definitely the restaurant that you want to go to. If you want to be treated with disdain by management as they roll their eyes not believing you. Then this is the place to go to.
If you want to get all the way home and then have to go all the way back to the restaurant just to argue with the server about what you ordered even though it's on the receipt this is the place to go to.
If you want to be completely disappointed with Zips go to this location. It used to be my favorite place to go to but not anymore.

The people who work there have no idea how to take accountability. They messed up my order two times, same order same day. First time, I tired to get it fixed and while I was there they gave me two more that were still incorrect, despite the ticket being correct. Then, when I got home, not realizing the third one I was handed would still be wrong, I noticed it was the same one I went in with! Additionally, my shake was the wrong flavor too. Clearly, the tickets are being ignored. Then when I called after the second mistake to try and fix it, I was called a liar in so many words. I love zips, but this particular location is a horrible apple.

What in the hell has happened to Zips Drive In! The food quality is not only poor, but double frying chicken and fish is against health code guidelines!

We ordered two chicken baskets, dry, cold burnt batter, and tasteless. The owner Paul Packer should be ashamed! What a disgrace to Zips legacy in Spokane! $39 for two inedible meals...no way! Disgusting and a reputation killer....

Both employees were very kind and it appears that they make everything to order so there is a little wait but it was worth it. The food was hot and both the burgers and chicken were not greasy.

Very good food for not too terribly expensive. You can get better food for the same price that you would pay at McDonald's.

I never leave reviews but I just left the drive thru, there was no line but I had to wait a couple minutes before being greeted, which was no big deal. They didn’t have ranch but offered jalapeño ranch instead. I ordered mozzarella sticks that weren’t even cooked. The cheese itself was not cooked and the breading was lukewarm. They didn’t give the ranch but instead tarter sauce, not ideal for mozzarella sticks.
