DO NOT GO HERE. The place is some random sketchy looking house and I assume the “cabin” is in the backyard? We arrived for a late check in at 11pm as pre organised and called as it seemed like it was the incorrect address as we were at some dark run down house. The man told me there had been an incident and my booking was cancelled, leaving us with nowhere to stay in the middle of the night after driving 7hrs. Terrible customer service and the place looked scary.

Edit: I had to follow up multiple times for my refund, this would be 0 stars if poss

We had a great time staying here! The name implies exactly what it offers, but there was more space than we were expecting. Has all the amenities you could need (coffee, mini fridge, microwave, Netflix) & the host was very gracious & accommodating. A few cosmetic touch ups would take this place to the next level, but all very easy things to look past:) Comfy bed & hot shower! We used our own pillows, though. The outlet the tv was plugged into wasn’t working, but it was an easy fix for us, we just used a different outlet.

My boyfriend and I personally really liked the AC unit above our heads on the bed, since it was so hot out. There were a few spiders, just a heads up if you don’t like critters. The cabin does face a trailer & the neighbors home, but it didn’t bother us & Russ, the host, said he’s in the process of fencing in the area for privacy. There were also a couple of cats that loved hanging out with us! They were so sweet.

Overall, this is a great place to stay for a night or two & you can tell there’s been so much hard work and effort put into everything!

We stayed here a few days ago while visiting Zion National park, even though it’s an hour out from the park we saw reviews and thought it would be worth it. We were wrong.

The girl handling check in was very nice and accommodating however the cabins themselves were not the best experience - when we pulled in there was a big camper right in front and the cabins are placed in what looks like someone’s backyard. (They’re in a small neighborhood). Not trying to sound like a Karen in todays world of reviews 😣 but unless you’re trying to have a super cheap stay somewhere I highly don’t recommend staying here.

The first cabin we were placed in had a beeping noise like a fire alarm every 30 seconds and the cabin looked like it had not been cleaned - dead flies in cobwebs in windows when we went to close blinds and webs hanging from ceiling. They moved us to a second cabin after the solution for the beeping could not be fixed - and this cabin had the AC unit directly over your head while sleeping so you either have a very cold head or keep it off. The bed was awful as well it was like sleeping on a couch pullout that had a curved mattress so you sink in and sleep in a sunken bed. Sorry guys! These cabins could potentially be a lot better if more effort was put into the appearance and beds.

We ended up at this cabin last minute as we’re just driving with no itinerary. The owner was super nice! Made sure our directions were clear. The cabin is very clean and comfy beds and hot water. The owner also gave us a couple of tips of things very close to see like water canyon! It’s located in more of a neighborhood setting but we preferred that versus others we’d seen that sat right on the highway. Had a mini frig and coffee maker.

These cabins were not only cozy, but clean, comfortable, and close to so many fun things! My boyfriend and I were very happy with our experience here. The manager is very kind and is always willing to help any guests with whatever they may need. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning on travelling to Southern Utah. It's close to Zion as well as Bryce Canyon, and is just minutes from the Arizona border. Would love to stay here again.

The experience here was awesome! Beautiful mini cabins tucked right next to the back of Zion. Russ was very kind and we were able to book a cabin same day. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a unique and amazing experience!

This is a review of only the cozy cabins, not the town they are located in, which has a unique and controversial history in itself. The check in was easy as I only had to call the number on the door when I arrived. The manager was friendly. We toured the town as we were going to go into Zion the next day. That's an experience. Just to be clear, these cabins are located in what seems to be someone's back yard. There's an occupied fifth wheel trailer on the lot and some other unrelated bungalows that seem occupied. The parking area is dirt. We booked 2 nights here.

The cabin was clean and stocked although the decor could use updates. Bedding looked late 80s and the sheets felt well used but I'm no interior designer. The mattress was very very flimsy. Reminded me of someone's old mattress from their RV. It had a memory foam topper but I still sunk into the box spring which is torture for my back. The pillow was tortilla thin (good thing I brought my own). The AC unit is right over your head... Inches... and blows cold, but it makes your head ache after a while. I woke up at 2AM with an earwig on my head and another on my shoulder. I jumped up and threw them off and was wide awake. With the combination of the poor mattress and the bugs, we decided to pack up and go into the town of Hurricane and get a chain motel room, which we did.

I called the manager to tell him of my experience and that we had left in the middle of the night. I didn't ask for a partial refund and none was offered.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. The place is clean and the people are very friendly and very understanding. The cabins look as is and are beautifully crafted. Plus it's pretty close to Zion National Park, all things considered. I'd recommend it to anyone and will hopefully make my way back one day should they have me.
