Abraham was referred by a friend. I was reluctant at first but after speaking with him I felt confident and comfortable with him. Abraham did an excellent service in securing international round trip tickets for both my husband and myself. He took care of all that we wanted and needed- detail oriented, caring, pro-active and responded immediately. Whenever I request a quote for my overseas travels, travel agent Abraham of Zion Travel will have that quote within the day he answers all my inquiries promptly and my booking is done within one day he sends me my itinerary and my invoice all in the same day. And when I am abroad whenever I need help on my booking I just send Abraham an email and he helps me and gives me advice on what to do.
