As a surprise and a change from our usual ( pretty nice) home cooked Christmas Eve meal for 14 friends and family we found Zanjabiel Middle Eastern Catering. We are so glad we did. Reem kindly met with us to select a completely fantastic meal. We salivated even as we went through her lovely website. She was easy to work with. We chose a selection of both familiar and more Syrian/Libyan style foods and flavors. They brought the food and decor which was set up in my kitchen beautifully. Reem and Naheem ( sisters-in-law) did all the work. We had a fabulous selection of dips, appetizers and bread. We offered a creative tabbouleh and a favorite fatoush salad. We had entrees of eggplant ( off the charts good), chicken, lamb- perfect with its topping of rice, fruit and nuts- and beef kofta meatballs in sauce. We have not even mentioned the stuffed dessert dates, the pecan tart or chocolate petit fours! All our guests were given take away cartons and we had leftovers to dream over. Reem returned to collect their items we had used. Zanjabiel can do large or small, simple or elaborate, but always interesting, flavorful and classy. We have eaten all over the world in the last 40 years and this meal ranks up there with the very best. One hundred percent recommendation! Thank you.

I would highly recommend and plan to use Zanjabiel again for catering events! She catered a 165+ event and did an excellent job. Rim helped craft the menu and made multiple dishes not even offered on her website. Food was well priced and portion sizes were huge. Food was fresh and carefully crafted to perfection. She was thoughtful about allergies of any guests. Display was professional, beautifully decorated and with clear signs. She allowed me to include some home made items which she happily helped served as well. I was so impressed, I plan to use them for meal prepping in the future as well. You can't go wrong with choosing Zanjabiel!

Zanjabiel catered a celebration with 100+ guests at an outdoor venue. Believe when I say the food is AMAZING! Working with Rim was a pleasure from start to finish. She helped us build a menu and guided us gracefully through the process. The tables were presented beautifully, with ample signage to help people understand ingredients, and the food was refreshed regularly. Every aspect of the meal was delicious, and Rim is a delight. Our guests raved about the food and left with full stomachs and big smiles.

Absolutely amazing catering company. The food and service was exceptional. They set up an amazing spread of food that all of my guests loved. Their attention to detail and all the help they provided to make my engagement party buffet was done perfectly.
