My first time visiting Yoshinoya and i wasnt sure what to order and the manager Zach was very friendly and patient and recommended the Tokyo chicken and some noodles and everything was amazing 5/5

Fast food version of Japanese meal. I like the price and convenience. However, the taste wasn't good, and the atmosphere was dark and small. I recommend that if you want something little better than mcdonalds or Burger King. But I recommend you to go to real dine in restaurants if possible.

Hi, thank you for the good customer experience when, I asked for condiments they gave me a good portion of them that was a really satisfactory experience!
Now the food was delicious too but the only thing I’m going to complain about is the soda drinks machine and the worst one was the manual sweet tea/ unsweetened tea machine first, I was going to get Pepsi but it wasn’t working came out with water/or sparkling water. I decided to get sweet tea when, I got to the table to eat and drank the sweet tea it was so awful tasted really awful like if they forgot to replace the tea from days back or clean it up. I decided to throw it out and get a new flavor drink. The atmosphere was ok but it was a little dirty the tables and floors the bathroom was alright nothing bad. I understand that maybe they didn’t clean everything right away because it was only 1 hour after they open. Just explaining 👍🏽

What’s wrong with this place…. I order a XL combo both sides beef and literally the did not put beef on it… I just to love Yoshinoya but this its really bad… portioning is a joke are you stealing from customers so so so much….

Just terrible. I placed an order for curbside pickup. I arrived on time and used the appropriate button to let them know I was there. I could see them helping the people at the drive through and the counter. After about 5 minutes I called the number for the restaurant but no answer. So of course I went in. No one was at the counter, just one person working the window. Again after waiting about 2 to 3 minutes I loudly said hello, is anyone going to help us. When I finally got her attention she said she was the only one there and she would get to me. There was someone cooking and two people just talking in the back as well as someone at a customer table,maybe on break. The counter person finally asked my name after packing up a couple of other orders. She said mine wasn't ready yet even though it was now 15 minutes late. She finally gave me my order but it was missing a plate. So she rechecked and then was asking the cook for another chicken order. After another couple of minutes she said they were out of veggies. I was a bit sparky and said if it had been ready on time I would have gotten the veggies. She said it would be another 5 minutes. I said the two plates on the counter would get cold and she said it would still be hot. I asked (was not offered) about a substitution and got coleslaw. I asked for the manager name and number and she said she was the manager. I never once got an apology of any kind. When I got home I found that one other order also had no veggies. Service and attitude was horrible. Seems this is the new standard for fast food chains.

This place is the worst yoshinova we ever experienced I mean the place was empty and some how all the tables are dirty with food crumbs topping packages and straws. The cook handling cash and preparing the food with the same glove. Avoid❗️ avoid❗️avoid coming my here… the floor was disgusting sticky, took my kid to the restroom and it was disgusting!!!
the service slow and the employees ignore you all the attention is directed to the drive thru.
Never coming back to this I’m beyond upset

I ordered mine online and went there to pick it up after 15 min. The order wasn't ready, I had to wait over 15 minutes again after serving all the others in the store.
4 people were working, and none of them were really professional.
Even chairs are not clean ,dirty, filty.
Worst fast food store experience.
