The drinks were so delicious and the customer service was fantastic! got the Bombay Iced Chai, the London Fog iced chai w/ boba and a hot latte. All 3 drinks were so good! The place is really nice inside and they have a great selection of coffee, tea, juices and frozen yogurt. I’m definitely going back soon to try the other drinks. I highly recommend YOBA!

Incredible modern mom&pop one-stop shop for coffee, tea, food, and pastry snacks. They do a few things in each category, and they do them well.

Super unique tea and cafe options - southwest Asian (Indian-middle eastern) influence on the classics - a bit more spice, and so much flavor.

Super amenable to dietary restrictions, and customizations - able to make sweet drinks not so sweet, spicy foods not so spicy.

With a super fair price and gracious hours, definitely worth repeat visits to try each of their creations.

We were referred to YOBA by our apartment manager, and it was the best recommendation ever! We tried the Thai tea boba, the Okinawa Japan tea, and a Belgian waffle, and we couldn’t have been more satisfied. The waffle was absolutely delicious not overly sweet and paired perfectly with mixed berries and whipped cream. The Okinawa Japan tea was balanced and not too overpowering, and the Thai tea was just perfect! The atmosphere was relaxed, and Pinky V was incredibly patient, explaining all the options available. Thank you, YOBA, for making our first experience wonderful! We’ll definitely be back!

The other day, I was in Ontario and really craving some tea and an acai bowl, so I searched online and found Yoba. Wow, this place has beautiful decor! Everything was fresh, clean, and new—it really set a great vibe for the visit.

I decided to try their Black Tea with Boba, and oh my god, it was amazing. So flavorful, and the boba was perfect! I also grabbed the Breakfast Bagel, which was delicious and hit the spot.

As I was leaving, the owners recommended their acai bowl, so of course, I have to come back and try it. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Great, I loved the iced coffee and my daughter enjoyed her frozen yogurt. One of the owners (I believe she is) greeted me and my toddler and made sure we enjoyed our purchase. And thanked us for coming in. We will definitely be coming more often. The place was also very cute. Loved it. Came in from chop stop since I saw a flyer there. Honestly, it saved me from going to Starbucks. 🤣

Got the Rose Falooda and lychee sunset. Very tasty and flavorful. The place is very nice inside, clean, has plenty of seats and quite a comfortable couch as well by the front. Service was very fast and friendly.
Didn't get food or froyo but they serve those as well. Will come back again to try other items.
