My sisters and I stayed at this lovely inn while attending a wedding nearby. It looked great online when I booked it and it was even better in person. We loved the house, the pool, the beds, the grounds and the breakfasts! Everything was just beautiful with AMAZING attention to detail. Every corner showed us something wonderful. We loved the house-bottled water for the room. The water pressure in the shower was divine. The bedlinens felt rich. We had a guest innkeeper as the owners were out of town but Rachel took great care of us and clearly knew the house well. She was able to steer us in the right direction to get local cheese and sausage at, surprisingly, a local gas station but it was totally the spot! I am not sure our travels will bring us back to this area but if we do we will ABSOLUTELY stay here again. I'd highly recommend it to anyone searching for a great getaway in that area. It is very near to a golf course and only 25 min from Lake Geneva.

Three couples looking for a wonderful place to reunite and relax found this B&B to be the finest!!! The food was outstanding and our hosts (John & Karen Anderson) were the very best. We loved all of the gardens and ponds and trees. John & Karen, thanks so much for the perfect weekend. I think I can speak for everyone when I say the memories will remain with us for a very long time.

We were in town for a Dave Matthews concert.

Mr. John and Ms. Karen are the warmest hosts one could ask for. From the well appointed rooms, the welcome treat upon arrival, the delicious made to order customized breakfast and their ability to meet each need and make every guest feel singular, run don’t walk to visit this treasure of a B&B.

Bonus: John & Karen have lived many lives so they are interesting, funny, and have collected a wealth of stories, jokes, and perspective.

We've been coming here every year for the past 10 years.

In my opinion, this is truly the BEST bed and breakfast.

Karen and John are magnificent people, and it’s no surprise that they've created the most relaxing, inviting, charming, and phenomenal bed and breakfast on the market.

This isn’t just a place... it's an experience.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and at home. There were 11 of us, close friends celebrating our 50th high school reunion. It was a perfect weekend. Accommodations were comfortable and well appointed. Our hosts made recommendations to restaurants and area activities and even made reservations for us. There was also plenty of room to just hang out enjoy each other's company play games and laugh and reminisce. Even though everybody didn't get in the pool we had a pool party where we really laughed and had a good time. The grounds were peaceful and beautiful many of us took walks to check out the fruit trees and the organic garden and there was a bubbling brook. We also enjoyed delicious gourmet breakfasts served on real china. Karen and John helped make it a perfect weekend for us.|

What a beautiful Bed and Breakfast! The house is so clean. The area is so peaceful. More importantly, the owners are so attentive and just all around nice people. They are so personable and made us feel at home. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and freshly made. We are looking forward to another stay! Thank you so much!

This place is awesome! Cozy rooms, comfy furnishings, beautiful antiques and art, lovely gardens, koi ponds and greenspaces, and a great pool! The innkeepers are welcoming and friendly and the entire estate is clean and well-appointed (I got to tour each room and I stayed in the Rising Sun room!) The breakfast is tasty and served on china. There are so many places to curl up with good book (or chat or sketch or play chess, etc) and there are so many books to choose (and several chess boards, other games, etc). I really, really enjoye celbrating my 10th wedding anniversary here and I am returning soon.

We celebrated a joyous, momentous occasion with 12 amazing women beginning June 9th and ending June 12th. John and Katen were amazing hosts. They were customer centric and showed us exceptional hospitality. The breakfast service was excellent. The house was full of warmth and love and the accommodations were great!
