It’s an okay experience, good location, not enough EV chargers. I wish they would improve their player comps and be on par with the bigger casinos. Having to pay at least $10 per drink doesn’t encourage me to come back nor stay for a longer time. Free coffee that taste bad isn’t going to cut it.

Drinks are good and not as expensive.
The buffet was good as well on the first floor.
The min bet at a black jack table that I saw was $25 (Went on a Friday)
Has nice bars throughout the casino.
Not allowed to smoke in casino but does have a designated smoking area while gambling.

Celebrating my girlfriend’s divorce, we had a great time! Executive suite, massages & pedicures! Food was delicious and did I tell you about the massages?!! Best one yet! My toes were on fire! Definitely going back, great get away!

I stayed here with 2 friends for the Brooks and Dunn concert. When we arrived I found out I had booked the room for sunday night, not the night of the concert and they had zero rooms left. Luckily the manager was soo extremely helpful and was able to find us a suite. The entire staff was extremely friendly from when we arrived until we left. The night club was fun and the DJ was great! Most importantly...this is a great place to see a concert. Every seat is amazing!!!! It used to easier to book rooms online. Now they have every saturday and sunday blacked out for months. I had to call and I'm now on a waiting list for a room when we go back in October. My only complaint is the amount of plastic water bottles they use instead of eco-friendly ones.

So I’m rating this place on two factors. 1. Casino 2. Atmosphere. Let’s start with atmosphere. There is a terrible smell throughout the casino, I started on the first floor and thought I was just getting a whiff of the nearby bar (it’s the musty bar towel, wet carpet smell) but I went to the second floor and same thing. The place is terribly loud, there is different music playing in each area and it’s terribly loud. Finally on atmosphere, it’s in the heart of San Bernardino and it certainly my attractors some (by some I mean a lot) of sketchy clientele (and this coming from a guy who grew up in Moreno Valley).

Now let’s get to the Casino since this after all the main attraction. This place is miles and leaps behind Pechanga (best casino in SoCal) and even Morongo for that matter. I never come to a casino expecting to win. But if I get a bonus round, I hope it’s not terribly bad. I usually play the same Buffalo machines max bed at the SoCal casinos as well as in Vegas. And I have been for a long time so I’m very familiar with how they typically pay out. But I got six bonuses tonight and they were all absolutely terrible. Everybody I saw around me had the same experience. I wouldn’t even add that into the review because from a statistics standpoint one visit surely isn’t enough to draw that kind of opinion. But this is my fourth and final time coming here and it’s been the same every single time but the part about the loud music and smell is something new. There was always loud music in certain areas, but now it seems to be everywhere and the smell was almost unbearable.

The casino doesn't pay out well anymore. It takes but not good return. The coupons they send you for free play is ok. However the ones for 10 $ food make sure you take the entire page showing address. As they won't let use it. I argued with one reprep at customer service and two managers the last guy was not friendly. But gave me the 10 $ as I said I had to argue it. I told him my car is on level 2. But if i walk to get proof of address sent to me i won't be back. We are seniors with my hub that has bad knees. How much money we have blown at the casino. And they give me such a hard time over 10 freaking dollars. Shame on you! Personally other casinos might not reel customers in with promotions. But pay out better. Plus you visit enough they give you free meals comp you all kinds of things.

I went here on a Monday and it was busy. The property is nice and clean with plenty to walk around. There are 2 casino floors with plenty of slots and tables. The upper level has the $10 tables but they closed the area down by midnight. The main floor the table minimum is $25 which would pushed players away. Majority of the slot machines are 80 cents minimum and some machine can be playable for less the amount. Nice casino but I would advise adding $10 on certain table games on the main floor to attract and teach players the game.

Wonderful selection of gaming machines. I spent hours there and didn't see them all. Unfortunately, there is no alcohol service before 5pm (probably best for the community), but it's surprising if you don't know that beforehand. Also it feels a bit discriminating to be a smoker at this casino. The small room they provide for smoking has outdated slots and poor ventilation. If you're going to isolate that group of people at least put some fun games in there for them.
