Yes, this is a Wyndham garden now. Sign still says Best Western. Pamela was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Rooms are clean. Early start drivers will appreciate the 5am breakfast. I stayed here before because they always have a spot for a big rig on the dirt just next door. Great food and grocery within walking distance. The price is right!

I would give it a zero if I could, this place is a lawsuit maven. I was about to leave my room while a housekeeper knocked on the door and I say " I am leaving right now" and she's like "oh you invite me in your room?" Russian accent.. and she starts making a big old fuss, front desk calls security. Thrown out, cant even sit in lobby to call an Uber.

I'm only here because my car broke down, I was looking forward to sitting in the lobby to calling my Uber, to get back to my broken down car.

I had to walk across the street to sit in Fast Food restaurant booth to call for assistance cuz this woman made this false accusation against me.
Some people should learn Hospitality.
Sisil the housekeeper, front desk manager Janet, Mark engineering intervened. Horrible! They are trying to make a claim against me for what?

I Haven't had chance to stay there in a room yet? It's a Lil confusing & difficult to reserve there for sum reason Online maybe cu? They do t want to apply my discount when I add my discounted offered pri c e to fi ize reserv./ then to payment. Comes up with an excuse from hotel saying we're Sorry just got booked or it's not in availability, Anymore. Idk why 3 x now. ?

This hotel is just okay. The breakfast was not very good while we were there for 3 nights. The only good thing about the breakfast station is the latte coffee machine and the waffle maker. The homeless situation near this hotel is really scary, and as a woman I am so grateful to have my husband there with our family. I would never stay at this hotel as a single woman or alone with my kids. The hotel locks the doors (thank goodness) at 10 pm because of the homeless that come around the front of the hotel. There was one night that a homeless person jumped the wall at the pool and brought in his family and friends to swim. They come into the pool area because the door is not attached to the actual hotel building, rather it is a gate door that opens into the side of the hotel that is connected to the parking lot. The pool and bathroom area is a free for all for anyone that wants to come in when the gate door isn't shut properly or if someone jumps the wall and opens the door. The stair well and the front of the hotel smelled like smoke / marijuana quite often during our 3 night stay. In addition, I saw both of the side doors to the hotel propped open which makes it unsafe for guests since anyone could just walk right in without a key. Overall the room was fine. The AC in the room worked great in the 112 degree weather and I will say that the higher level rooms were colder than the lower level rooms. The ice machine worked great. I doubt I would stay here again.

Pool area disappointing. No shade, all umbrellas stands were empty, bathrooms locked and gate wasn’t electronically locked allowing non guests unobstructed access. Paying a premium during the holiday rush we deserved much better. Maintenance crew was aware as I spoke to him on one occasion and he was back and forth several times in the first few days we used the pool area. Anytime we needed the restroom you had to run to your room soaked.

We stayed here for 3 nights - Rm 204 and are a Best Western rewards member. Hotel is well located & close to Hwy 14 with gas stations and fast food nearby. The hotel is very nicely decorated - the rooms are equipped and up to date with microwave, refrigerator, and Keurig style coffee maker. The pillows are NOT good nor is the bed. Both need to be replaced. Housekeeping was non-existent and we never received even towel or coffee replacement during the 3 days. It's not COVID anymore and housekeeping is expected. The breakfast is the highlight of the hotel - it's one of the best we've ever had anywhere! Probably would not stay here again though because of the beds and pillows - even though we return to the area for an annual event,

The adjacent room was blasting TV full volume all night long, and the management did nothing about it. The reception person was rude.This place is not comfortable environment.
