Excellent!
Im reading some of the reviews and thinking, WOW my experience has been fantastic so far. Location is great, parking is ample, the front desk girl was extremely nice on the phone and in person, the room looks newly renovated and clean, the pool and hot tub are clean and fully functioning, breakfast is continental but had many choices. We travel quite a bit and this hotel is far above average.
I would book this hotel again in a heartbeat.
The outside looks a little dated, but don’t let that fool you, it is very nice from there on.

The room was nice, but the only problem was that the toilet was actually leaking and smelled when we first checked in. Which is fine when we just kept the door closed. Also, the front desk staff is so rude. I asked for extra towels and soap because the soap they provide is in a little bottle, which is fine if its little, but I wanted more since my partner and I already used all of it. I called the front desk for it, and they gave me the towels, but they forgot the soap. Whatever, it's no big deal. I went back to the front desk and asked them for soap, and the girl looked upset that I even asked.

Stayed here 2 weeks ago after the comedy show double feature that was hosted by Tom K. From 95.1 WIIL ROCK. It was a great show, good food , and the room was nice , had to readjust the settings on the TV to improve the video settings which were originally far too dark to enjoy watching.

But room was clean, bed was comfortable, the pillows could have been better but thankfully there were enough to make up for the lack of comfort of 1. And the view of the frozen lake was really good too!

Very interesting layout of the hallway to my room, but still very clean and well taken care of. Desk lady was kind enough to loan me her personal phone charging cable as I had forgotten mine, so huge A+ for that! Thank you so much!

The rooms were clean and cozy. Misty was amazing when we were checking in. The best part is they have a comedy club inside the hotel. The hotel owner was down to earth. The staff was very friendly. I will be going back to this place. Definitely the hospitality was amazing and up and down the street in front of the hotel is several different bars and restaurants that you can eat at. I recommend going to Captain Mike’s. They had the best burgers.

The front desk had amazing staff that were very welcoming and had amazing knowledge on any events or restaurants guests can go to. Housekeeping also does an amazing job at making sure all rooms and areas of the hotel are kept up. The pool area was also an amazing experience with it being indoors.

Our biggest frustration was the distance we had to walk from outside to enter the building. We figured out on our own a slightly closer option for parking, by parking out back by the lake There were no maps even in the room to advise on where ice machines were, the pool or the gym. You enter on the third floor and there were no Ice machines available on the third floor. The room/bath was clean. Appeared to be in process of updating.

Always had a great time stay at this facility. I have been coming back to stay here when I am in town. The staff is great, and rooms are always clean. Breakfast has a good choice of food with the morning coffee. I will always come back to walk on the back side of the hotel to see the view of the lake.

Positive: I like getting free breakfast which is why we stay. The coffee was good Negative: The hot tub was non- functioning yet people were in it every time we went to the pool. No one ever checked. The breakfast was sub par at best. People were drinking out of glass bottles at the pool. No one checked. Pool was dirty
