I was here for business but was able to sneak in some leisure and this place sits right in the heart of everything. To the left and right, shopping and restaurants. And 15 mins from wine tasting heaven! Highly recommend.

Front clerk, Kara, house keeper, Rossy, and bfast staff member, Vicky/Becky, made the experience very much enjoyable. They were all personable, kind, professional, and helpful.

This location does not have a gym on site BUT guest get free access to the Spa and fitness center which is amazing and has eucalyptus sauna, pool, steam rooms, and nice gym!

From this lengthy review, you can tell that I was 110% satisfied and will be returning for a leisure stay!

Best hotel in area that we have found over the years. Beautiful huge room, new upscale decor , attentive staff , delicious breakfast included. Fair price , safe parking . This hotel has it all ! Small boutique , family owned . This St Helena location is right in the middle of most Napa's biggest wineries so you won't have to drive far after wine tasting . Call front desk directly (Michael or Carol) for best rate . We won't have to stay elsewhere on future trips.

Wow! This was such a gem. The staff were all so amazing! The room was cute and very clean with a Comfy bed. Breakfast, coffee and tea were all very good and well thought out with local touches. So happy with our two nights there! Hoping to make it back out asap!

I am used to staying in Yountville at the big posh resorts and I thought I’d be disappointed here…. I was wrong! This year I was in town for the V. Sattui Harvest Ball. Right down the block from the event, the price point of this hotel is much more reasonable than a lot of places in the area. It’s a great spot for walking around St. Helena to look at the shops or to grab a coffee or dinner. ||The rooms are well appointed…very clean…and most importantly quiet. As a solo traveler, I am always worried about safety, but it was no concern here because the doors are locked after hours. The breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated the conversations with the staff members. ||The gym is a short drive down the block and they were very accommodating to me as a guest of Wydown. ||I was pleasantly surprised and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and reasonable trip to Napa. ||Don’t pass up the biscotti and cookies in the lobby by the elevator. ||Thanks so much.

Stayed here for a couple of nights whilst travelling round California. Really glad we chose to stay in St Helena as it's a lovely place to explore. This hotel was exceptional. Great room and friendly staff. The evening receptionist was particularly lovely and we really enjoyed the warm cookies when we returned in the evening. Would definitely recommend!

If I could give this hotel ten stars, I would. We live in the area and came up for a couple days away from the holiday frenzy. Everything about this hotel was comfy and welcoming - abundant common spaces, friendly and helpful staff, and our generously-sized and very comfortable sleeping room. Thoughtful little touches abound - a jigsaw puzzle and REAL NEWSPAPERS in the lounge, Molton Brown toiletries in the room, a welcome glass of wine and freshly-baked cookies every night. The breakfast (included) is not extensive (no waffles or omelet bar) but every offering is of highest quality - locally-made granola, yogurt, and the best english muffins ever, from the bakery across the street. Hotel guests can use Health Spa Napa Valley down the street for free. We loved this place and have already booked for next year!! Thank you Wydown!

HORRIBLE! Horrible! Hotel! Absolutely the worst service! Dishonest! Erwin the General Manager should never be allowed to work in customer service! I broke my ankle and could not make the trip we had planned! Erwin and the hotel staff refused at every opportunity to cancel my reservation and instead pocketed my $350. Do NOT stay here!

A lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Rooms were nicely appointed and very clean. Hotel is located in the heart of downtown St Helena just a short walk to all the tasting rooms restaurants and shops. There is a lovely breakfast each morning with excellent coffee and English muffins from model bakery. There is also an assortment of fruits, yogurts and quiche/eggs, oatmeal and other breakfast goodies. All were served by a wonderful staff who made the breakfast even more enjoyable. Every evening they put out some of the most delicious fresh baked cookies as well. So many little touches along with an attentive friendly and responsive staff make this a fantastic hotel experience!! ||I highly recommend this lovely and affordable boutique hotel!
