The location is fabulous for visiting wines like Unti, Orsi, and Apertune in Healdsburg. We had an excellent time, even with the rain. February is rainy, but it was nice to hit several restaurants, such as Sweet Ts and J&M Cafe, without a wait. The room was fine, not fantastic, but comfortable. The resort's exercise room was small but did the trick. Make reservations at wineries early. We left this resort for Napa for a few days.

My cousins and I stayed in a 3 bedroom unit for 2 nights. The place is so comfortable, complete with kitchen and dining equipment. We prepared our breakfast and dinner. ||They have heated pool. ||From Windsor, we visited Napa Valley and enjoyed the scenery.

As soon as our family arrived we turned on the heater. I noticed I wasn’t getting warm about an hour into being here and decided to take a bath, well that didn’t help either since the water was the temperature of a bath you would give a newborn baby. The heater still wasn’t pushing out warm air so I called the front desk. They were only able to give us a space heater and they only had one available so we had to give it to our children to keep them warm. I layered up with blankets and still couldn’t get warm. We honeymooned here 19 years ago, stayed here for a wedding almost 10 years ago and now staying here again and not sure if we will ever come back. So disappointed.

Update: They made it right. The next morning they went above and beyond.

We have been here many times and it's always great! Having a full kitchen is awesome, and the location is very convenient for wine tasting.

Spotlessly clean room, pool and grounds. We have been to many timeshare types of hotels over the years and can say this is one of the nicer ones. Check in went smoothly. My husband and I attended the sales presentation with Aaron, who was very pleasant and there was no pressure to buy, just and explanation of their program and costs. We did not purchase as we own another timeshare, but the World Mark/ Wyndham program and the amount of different locations make it a good choice if you like to travel.

This is our fourth stay here to visit the wine country over the past ten years. Every stay has been fantastic! Location, location, location. There are too many wineries in the area to even begin to count. And... when you need a break, the pool, hot tub, and additional resort facilities are readily available and excellent. We have found the staff to be helpful and always pleasant. We look forward to returning.

3rd stay at this location. It's in a quiet area and is always a comfortable stay. Just a minute's drive you have Grocery Outlet, Walmart, and a few eateries.||Hot water was more lukewarm after 1 shower. Enjoy having the bbq and the main items you need to make meals. Cell service is very bad in the area for AT&T customers and the resort charges for WIFI: 2 devices for 10 days is. $15.95, or 5 devices for 10 days $25. You sign up in the room/tv or your device. We found the new wristband key card a great convenience.

I enjoy the stay here. Not bad drives from varies attractions. San Francisco is about 1.5 hr drive away depending on time you leave from Windsor . Wine country and lots of it. Red woods are close. Russian River and drive is beautiful.
I enjoy having the WorldMark advantage. It makes this day feel more like home and be able to go out and come back. Rather than staying in a hotel.
