We were off season so didn't have to deal with crowds at all. Ashley and rest of staff couldn't have been more helpful and shared some helpful tips about changes but not to pushy about attending promos which was appreciated. We were able to connect with 3 old friends which made a brief vacation perfect. The weather also cooperated. Great time. MARTI

Birch Bay is wonderful, Everyone from front desk to housekeeping could not be more helpful. Room was super clean. Great view of ocean. If we needed any thing they came right up and delivered . Very Happy with our vacation.

The resort is very clean, nicely furnished, fairly quiet, nice indoor-outdoor pool. However, there are limited activities in the immediate area, but day trips to BC and the San Juan Islands are within an hour's drive. You should be aware that the resort charges a cleaning fee and occupancy taxes. There is not any free WI-FI and purchasing is pricey.

Been coming here with my family since I was just a little kid in 1996. It was definitely better all around before Wyndham took over. None the less. I'd still give it a 4/5 easily. I've noticed that all the complaints in here are ridiculously petty and I can tell the people making those complaints have a very high set of standards and likely live a very privileged lifestyle. I won't stop coming here. It's good for quick family get aways. We live just over the border, not more than an hour away. My kids love it. I love it. It's great.

We’ve come here many times. Lovely for a quiet getaway on the beach. Didn’t realize it was an American long weekend and the place was packed. Always wanted the room on the front with hot tub but never able to book it.

We booked a 2 bedrooms for 3 nights. The staff at the front desk is courteous. However, the room layout and furniture are dated; the major disappointment is NO FREE WIFI services be available for the guests. It is totally unacceptable.
