Never again. Squeakiest-Noisiest bed since the daybed at my father‘s down in Florida. Kitchenette does not have one utensil, cup, plate, etc. No breakfast, no coffee, noise level goes right through the walls. Room had a funky smell, although it looked clean.I will never stay again.

Love it here!! The staff are great. Angie is so nice. They have full kitchens in every room. Management is great and understands the challenges of having an autistic child. I’m a vet and it’s been so nice here. Will be staying longer just wanted to let people know that this hotel is a great place for long stays. Gaby is a good manager who tries to ensure all guest are safe. They greet everyone and it’s so nice to be welcomed every day

Good price and thought since it was an extended stay it would be all inclusive. But there was no toiletries, nothing for the kitchen and the beds were not even slightly clean. My young kids were mortified, we had to trim everything inside out to even think about getting in the bed. Front desk lady was nice.

Came here due to moving for the military traveled with my children and wife. These other reviews aren’t accurate stayed here since august. Gabby is an amazing manager who ensures the property is very clean and guest are following the rules. My family loves it here. Staff is very nice. No homeless people like other hotels in the area. If your child is running a muck staff will handle the issue very fast and handle it with care. Rooms are clean and they give discounts to those who are stationed at jblm. Never met staff who cared so much. Really appreciate how kind the staff was to myself and gabby is part of the military community and understands the billing we need to be reimbursed through travel. PCS Season was easier this time around

Dog and cat friendly .Clean rooms. Professional and friendly staff. Under $100 per night. . Secure safety protocols. Stovetop range, full size refrigerator, huge microwave, full size dishwasher ,nice 42-inch flat screen. However, bring your own cookware, plates, silverware, cups, and automatic dishwasher soap . No in room coffee maker, very little hygiene products. One very tiny bottle of shampoo and one very small bar soap that's it . So come prepared if you are going to be cooking or showering .

They have ripped us off every week that we've been here. Was here for 3 weeks on a job and was charged a deposit every week and was never given the deposit back and we left the room better than what we found it. Although I have receipts proving that I paid they still claim that I never paid for 3 days. Have pawn showing their receipts I just keep getting told my manager's not in, my manager's not in, my manager's not in. This place is a rip off, they should be investigated for fraud

I was excited to stay in this hotel as it's just down the street from my workplace and had the mini-kitchen. The room was extremely bare bones, absolutely no courtesy items, but was clean and presented well. Only complaint is the bed that slides all over the laminated floors as you get in and out.

At checkin I was charged a $100 incidental along with my room rate, and then their system charged another, separate $100 incidental charge. They said they were aware, however didnt let me know that it would happen before charging me twice. I also requested a late checkout and was told there would be a fee which I agreed to.

At checkout i had THE ABSOLUTE WORST experience ive ever had in a hotel. I got a knock at 11am with them saying they were housekeeping. When I answered they said that I had to check out now or go to the front desk to request a late checkout. I told her I already had requested one and she argued back that i hadnt. I closed the door to call the front desk and they wouldnt stop knocking. I dialed 0, but to reach FD on their phone system you actually dial *100 or something odd. I went back to the door and told the knocking housekeeper that FD wasnt answering and she said "youre lying, i am the front desk and i have a phone." I reminded her she said she was a housekeeper and told her I wasnt the one lying. She told me that since I slammed the door in her face(not true, its just the sound literally every hotel door makes) that I needed to leave right now or she would call the police. I asked to talk with her manager and, would you believe she has a third job title? She told me she is the General Manager and she was calling the cops to tresspass me.

Everything escalated so quickly in that interaction and having just been woken from a dead sleep I could barely keep up. This manager is so completely verbally aggressive and does not care about guest service. Like, really, if youre the GM could you not have just given me a late checkout on the spot?! I had already agreed to the fee and everything. And calling your guests liars, as if your staff is incapable of making a communication error... well babe thats just not a good look.

Loved it here. Gabby really cleaned up the mess. There are no homeless people like other hotels in the area. Our room was clean and we received the jblm rate which was great. Not that far from base and the wife and kids were able to ride their bikes in a safe area. The new management really has done a great job of cleaning up the mess. The manager is a military spouse and very happy to help military personnel and their families. We discussed an issue and the next day it was fixed asap. I would have recommended this hotel to jblm liberty housing.
