Initially i was a bit hesitant on seeing only 1 or 2 google reviews. But want to try myself and I'm happy that we took the decision of staying here. Wonderful stay, we have stayed in Winter creek bed and breakfast for a night. Room is good and a spacious bathroom. The hosts were very accommodating in providing the breakfast time and options. Thank you Bill and Michelle for a wonderful breakfast cooked for us warm and loved the conversations on your breakfast nook.

My partner and I had a great stay at the Winter Creek Bed and Breakfast. The bedroom and bathroom were nice and spacious. My only quibble there is the mattress was a little concave, but the sheets were warm and comfy and they know what they're doing when it comes to pillows. You also get use of the downstairs living room with a mini-fridge, games and ample information about local restaurants and activities. The hosts were very accommodating around our breakfast time and dietary preferences. The breakfast conversations were enjoyable and the breakfasts themselves were fantastic. It is a little inconvenient for a traveling customer to have to pay with cash vs a credit card but it is worth it to stay here. I highly recommend Winter Creek B & B.

We choose this b&b for its proximity to Mt. Baker Artist Point, and it was just like staying at your good friends' house, if your friends have a nice, big, country house, with horses and mules, cats, and a dog.||||Five stars just for Rubix, the 1-1/2-year-old puppy who, at our request, was allowed to keep us company by the fireplace in the evenings and greet us enthusiastically each morning. ||||Then we need more stars for the stellar breakfasts, plentiful and tasty. Spinach, bacon and sausage omelet, potatoes, toast, fresh fruit, juice and coffee on the first day. It only got better the second day when we were treated to Bill's special recipe pancakes with real Vermont maple syrup, crispy bacon, sausage, eggs, fruit, juice and coffee! Did I really eat all that? And then, Bill rolled up the extra pancakes with berry jam for us to take and enjoy later.||||The guest quarters are on the first floor, separate from the owners’ residence upstairs. Two guest rooms share a large living room with comfy overstuffed sofa and chairs, perfect for relaxing in front of the fire, with the TV or one of the many books about the area from their book shelf. The shared bathroom, a couple doors down from our room, was actually private since no one else was staying in the second room during our stay. I don’t think it would have been an issue anyway. There were plenty of clean towels available, and robes and slippers were provided. The sauna was a welcome way to warm up before bed each night. ||||Unfortunately it rained the entire time we were there, so we didn't get to do as much hiking as we planned, but even through the fog and rain, it is a stunningly beautiful area. I hope we'll get the chance to return when the weather is better.

The first morning we had scrambled eggs and delicious pancakes, as Bill recommended. I suggested the same the second day but Bill recommended his waffles, again with eggs to order. Even better! Then that afternoon he asked if we wanted omelets on day three as he had just purchased fresh spinach and mushrooms. YUM!||Oh, and he is an earlybird so just about any time you want breakfast is fine, so long as you let him know the afternoon before.||The room was bright and comfortable. The bath was spacious. And everything was spotless.||Bill and Michelle made us feel right at home without being at all intrusive. We had the lower floor to ourselves. ||Top that off with a wonderful view of Mt Reinier from the deck. ||You get the idea – wonderful place to stay for a few nights of hiking or whatever outdoor activity suits your fancy.

Remarkable last minute find. While most places required a 2 night minimum, ||Winter Creek Bed & Breakfast required only one night. Excellent breakfast of waffles and eggs.. There was no grumbling about cleaning up behind two teenage boys. Boys were able see the immense work required to own a farm...sun rise to sunset. ||There were pets but host kept pets separate from guest. Highly recommend this experience.

We stayed at Winter Creek B & B for 3 nights mid September. We were on a hiking trip. The breakfasts were great and tailored to our requests and timing. They have 2 guest rooms and a living room area with fire place. We used the sauna after our days of hiking. Ahead of time, I had some concerns about using a shared bathroom, but it worked out just fine. The location was great for access to Glacier restaurants. Possibly in the past some have had problems. We tried 3 restaurants and had good meals at all of them. It was nice to get some hiking advise from Bill. We had a day of rainy weather and he gave us some suggestions that worked out well. We were in the area to hike at Mt. Baker and we did some beautiful hikes!

My family of 4 loved our 3 day visit to Glacier/Mt Baker. This is a wonderful bed & breakfast in a great location. Bill and Michelle went out of their way to engage with the kids. They we also very knowledgeable and helpful with planning activities, hikes and restaurant choices in the area. Great place to visit in the summer with not many people around. ||||We also all loved Rubiks (Their dog) and the horses and mules.

We stayed four nights at the Winter Creek B&B when skiing Mt Baker. As others have mentioned Bill and Michelle were very warm and welcoming. Bill makes a great breakfast which was wonderful when we were skiing all day. We will definitely stay there again when in the area - highly recommend!
