We had a wonderful time visiting our grandkids at this hotel. The staff was so accommodating. We will come back! We live to be with our family and friends in Saint Clairsville. Our room was incredibly clean and quiet. The heat is a little challenging at first to get the comfortable temperature, but we eventually caught on. Having a roll in shower made it very easy for two handicapped Seniors.

This is the friendliest hotel I have ever stayed at. I have traveled all over the world. The staff goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. We enjoyed our stay and even brought the grandkids to the hotel to celebrate their birthdays and swim in the pool. The hotel is impeccably clean. The beds are soft firm. The hotel is an older building from a time when it was a Hampton Inn. It could use a facelift overall, but it won't stop me from staying again. It's quite handicapped accessible if you need that like I do.

This is one of the most excellent hotels I stay at over and over again. The staff is by far super friendly and excellent. The rooms are always spotless. Breakfast is always free and well taken care of as well as the pool and hot tub area for a little extra entertainment. I wish there was a hotel like this everywhere I traveled

The view was a beautiful one and the warm welcome from the staff was inviting. I was restless but everyone slept well and it was a quiet stay throughout the night. We had WiFi and the rooms were well kept. My only complaint was the running water for showering lacked water pressure but the sink had plenty of water pressure but the drain wasn’t draining fast enough and although, we kept it off or even completely off, we still needed to wait 2-4 minutes for it to drain. In the morning, breakfast was tasty with plenty of choices to pick from depending on what you’d like to drink. Checkout was simple.

My son was excited.||About all the pillows on the bed. They love the fact that there's a pool and a hot tub.And then we could go to the gym after they load.The fact that there is a restaurant in the Patel, so we didn't have to leave.Overall it was just great

I’m always nervous about staying somewhere new, this place was WONDERFUL! Super clean (room and thru out hotel) our room was big, cozy and comfy (we stayed in the suite because the price was not much more a night). Staff was FANTASTIC! Very friendly and helpful and breakfast was great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything was great at the wingate! Room was ready and clean. Pool/hottub was warm and open until 11pm during the week, which was great because we got in late and wanted to swim. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was available until 10am and fully stocked the whole time with plenty of fresh, healthy options, and all the machines worked properly. Staff was friendly. No complaints!

The view from this hotel is beautiful especially at night! It’s conveniently located in a great spot for food, groceries, the highway etc! The rooms were extremely nice & clean. I’ll be back to stay again.
