Everything was very neat and clean. It's located minutes away from Homer Laughlin China Co, and around 10-15 minutes from Mountaineer Race Track and Gaming Resort. There is also a Dollar General that is almost right next door.

Nice place to stay close to Fiesta Factory we visit often. Clean, comfy beds good location. Friendly staff! Convenient parking. Quiet! We will be staying here, I’m sure, several more times this year. I don’t know why we didn’t discover this location sooner.

Dirty, black curtains and the room smelled. Customer service is horrendous. Morning, free breakfast was extremely limited with few choices. Booking was not easy and the manager is inflexible. Unfortunately, this is one of the only hotels in the area so they don’t have to high high standards. Would avoid this hotel!

I do not recommend this hotel unless you call first and make sure everything is working! I booked this room on the 29. My kids wanted to go swimming. So I booked a room for me and my children. So they could go swimming. Before booking the room, I found this hotel. Rooms looked great! Said it had a pool, and the pool looked nice. So I booked it. Come in to check in on the 30th. My friend went and looked at the pool and there was a note on the door. That's when the front desk agent informed me that the pool was down due to the heater being broken. I already paid for the room, just for my kids to swim. And now they can't swim because the pool is out of order. We did not stay in the room that night. It's said there is no refunds. However in a situation like this where you're not told that something is broken and you can't use it so you didn't stay, then you should be refunded! The hotel doesn't want to refund me, it's bullshit and bad business. I booked through Expedia and they've been trying to contact the hotel for a refund but claim they can't get ahold of the hotel. Will never pick this hotel ever again. I paid for a room we didn't even stay in for use of their pool we couldn't even use.

The keys never work correctly. Always have to have them reset which is a pain when you have to carry all your bags back down cuz you can't get in the room. The lady at the front desk was busy playing with her dog when I went to have them reset.

Very close to everything I wanted to see in area, huge room for the price I paid, everything was clean, may not had the most updated furniture but it was clean . Pool was clean, and the free breakfast buffet was great, usually it’s an option of wraps muffins and donuts. If you want better, pay triple the price or more, everyone was so nice to.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself desperately needs some updates/repairs and deep cleaning. Lots of stains on carpet, ice maker didn’t work-another frequent stayer told us that they always have trouble with ice makers, fitness center left a lot to be desired, when the person above us showered (at 5 a.m.) we could hear a loud clicking in the wall. Our room smelled like an old wet basement and was pretty dirty under the sink in the bathroom and corners. Breakfast was very limited, very few options. This being the only hotel in the area definitely gives it an advantage.
