Wow!! I can’t believe this is listed as a 4 star hotel! How deceiving and who assigns stars The hotel was in the middle of a remodel, furniture stacked in the hallways and if our room was done with a remodel they missed the mark and if it wasn’t done they shouldn’t have rented it out. We had massive stains on the carpet, the dispensers on the wall were missing but the mounting plates were still there. The shower curtain had been rehung but the original holes weren’t repaired. So many issues!! The elevator is slightly scary and the floors were sticky. The front desk person was friendly and that’s the only good thing about this place. So glad I didn’t stay to eat breakfast! I wouldn’t trust it!! Don’t stay here!!!

The hotel itself and staff were very nice and accommodating.
If I had only one suggestion, it would be that the rooms would have heavier blankets.
But other than that my wife and I had a pleasant stay and would enjoy another stay if we find ourselves in beautiful Washington State again.

So where do i start? Right outside the entrance were cigarette butt's everywhere. The lobby was nice other than the owner just hanging out watching TV while talking to the check in girl who was also speaking to the small child and the child's mother, the little girl was running around with her play vacuum and tipping foot stools over and running around with it making a bunch of noise. We checked in at 4 p.m., and they still had to leave us standing there while she and the child went upstairs to check if our room was ready. Then we found out that they canceled our reservation with hotels.com and re did it through their hotel because the deal we got didn't satisfy them. They charged us $40 more a night. We tried to rectify it with them, but they wouldn't listen. The ride in the elevator was scary, the floor was disgusting but the rug in our room was worse. The worst stains I have ever seen in a hotel ever. This was a suite with a kitchenette, and it had no dishes, no pots or pans, and no paper towels. I will never ever stay here again, and I will make sure everyone knows about this place so they don't have to learn this nightmare first hand. The BBB is my next stoo.

The front desk people were very nice and helpful. The appearance and cleanliness was awful. The elavator has not been serviced since 2023. Light for floors did not light up. Our room was dusty. Curtains were dirty. Floors needed vacuuming. Bathrooms had hair in sinks and shower. We noticed people barbecuing out in the parking lot. Price of room was decent. I guess you get what you pay for.

As soon as I pulled in I saw people smoking off tin foil in there car. Trash covering the entire parking lot syringes too.

The outside of the building looks like its falling apart. As soon as I got in the lobby it smelt like cat piss and methamphetamines.
The person act the front desk look like they were on drugs.

They advertises hotel as a 3.5 star hotel. How old is no bar? There's no restaurant. There's no pool no valet. But there was a couple broken Vending machines.

Now let's start with the walk to my room. As I'm walking down the hallway. There is literally homeless people in the hallway passed out charging their cell phones. Baby strollers in the hallway.

I got to my room and I crossed my fingers.
The room smelt like stale cigarettes AND DEAD CAT. The carpet was riddled with stains. The nightstand had burn marks.
The blankets on the bed were heavily stained and they had holes.

I ate the cost and I left and went down the road and got a new room.

DO NOT STAY HERE IS NASTY!!!!!

This is hands down the filthiest hotel I've ever seen. The smell upon entering our room was awful. There was trash and old sauce containers in the dresser drawer, stains on the carpets (in the room and in the hallways), trash in the hallways, peeling walls, doors in bad shape, and black mold growing on the wall under the air conditioning unit, which is a health hazard. The place should be condemned. We were unable to stay there and the hotel still has not written the letter they promised to write to the 3rd party company we booked through so we can get a refund.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. HOTEL NIGHTMARE. I’m not one to leave reviews(especially negative ones) but here I am leaving one to warn others about this place. Feel free to read the previous 1 star reviews left before me as to what others have experienced as well. Sadly we didn’t read the reviews before originally booking here…

We originally scheduled here since it was a cheaper hotel and it was dog friendly for one night. Well…… as soon as pulling up to the hotel it’s a little run down. As soon as you enter your greeted with an awful stench( it just smelt old and kinda trashy ) throughout place to get to your room( which ended up being a nightmare ).

As we entered the room the carpet has stains all over the place, and you’re immediately hit with a new unpleasant odor( old cigarettes and cat pee ). We immediately opened the window for relief from the smell to further inspect the room before we gagged from the smell. We checked out the rest of the room because of how awful smelling the room was which had stained yellow patches in the bathroom( which clearly means pipes are leaking in the ceiling. So we proceeded to check the bed….. and right on the pillow we discover A SMALL BUG. A TINY BED BUG OR COCKROACH. RIGHT ON THE PILLOW. NO THANKS GOODBYE.

We fled from the room as soon as we could to cancel the room as we did not want to inspect the room any closer. As notifying the desk about the situation, the lady was extremely rude and didn’t even seem to care( probably because she knows about the issues the hotel is having and had other same complaints before us ) that BUGS had been found in the bed.

I wish I could leave negative stars for this hotel, but sadly Google reviews does not let me instead I have to put one star which is definitely not what it deserves.

If I could leave no stars I would. Very sketchy place. It was strange how almost every car was brand new and from Texas and yet the people were sketchy. I did meet a few others that felt the same way and seemed out of place. Wasn’t sure if I would make it out alive. The first night we were given a room that had no lock on the door, staines on the carpet. We went to the front desk and asked for a new room which they gave us. But the service at the front desk was very poor.
