Best sleep I’ve had at a hotel in a long time. It was clean and refreshing! Only one minor thing was my daughter was upset because she felt like the morning front desk receptionist was not very nice. I had walked by her a bunch of times before checking out and she didn’t say a word. Just stared. Other than that it was a great stay.

This hotel was so disgusting There was mold all around the tub, shower curtain, and the curtain above the air conditioner. There were ants in the window by the moldy curtain. It needs to be condemned. We were told the hotel has been under renovations for over a year. Carpet was ripped up in the hallways. It was musty smelling. Got oatmeal for breakfast using their hot water, it was cool. Breakfast attendant told me I was not to use the microwave. I explained the water was cold. She said NO you cannot use the microwave. I took the bowl and threw it in the trash and said fine, I won’t eat it. She was very rude. We will never stay there again. We will be staying at the Hampton Inn, Weston, WV.

Absolutely awful, our keycards would stop working every time we left and came back and we would have to go downstairs to get it reactivated. The room we had was awful too, our toom door would not shut fully unless we use all of our body weight to fully shut it. To make matters worse the place was built poorly, the door to our bathroom was smaller than the actual door frame, so the door was physically unable to latch shut, we had to use the ironing board table to hold it shut. In all absolutely awful hotel experience.

I came up from Kentucky to help a family member move and made an online reservation and I was kinda hesitant about the price, but after getting there and seeing the room, the atmosphere, how clean the building was the price was right. Everything was wonderful, the staff were very nice.

Bed was very comfy. Room was clean and spacious and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok. Could have done without the Fox ‘news’ in the morning in the breakfast area.

We had a great stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again, especially if you have a loved one in the St. Joesph’s Hospital. The hospital was 5 minutes away and easy to get to from the hotel.

Positive: Rooms are spacious & clean with very comfortable beds. I stay at this hotel every time I travel to the area. Negative: I don't particularly like the breakfast, but not a huge deal for me.

Very clean, quiet and safe hotel. Very nice breakfast offered. Just ten minutes from downtown Buckhannon. Pool is very small. Customer service was fantastic. Bob, Krystal and Traci went above and beyond to ensure our stays were excellent. We stayed multiple times this month for work in the area and each time was great.
