I thought this line of hotels were suppose to be really nice etc. But this place filled short of it. People couldn't get into there rooms and some rooms haven't been cleaned yet. Had rooms where the refrigerator didn't work.

Stayed in September 2024 one night - visiting friends for dinner as we made our way north. I made an error in our reservation, totally my fault. There was no wiggle room at the front desk. Ok I will take that and paid the price for the no show reservation, but will never stay at any Wyndham property in the future. The room: Paint peeling and door frame rusted in bathroom. I felt dirtier after my shower than before. Bathroom smelled of urine. Tooth paste splatters on the wall paper. On the plus side, there is a great restaurant, Mia Margherita, within walking distance and a DD for morning coffee (the hotel's was truly awful). There was a beautiful tree in the parking lot with tiny red berries. There are several other options nearby that look pretty good or at least better. My recommendation is that you check those out first.

Awful hotel. Bath shower mould at tub surround, light switch in bathroom didn't work, had to move cheesy pedestal light into bathroom to shave and shower. Phone didn't work to call front desk. Electrical outlet by desk didn't work and was a hazard as the receptacle was lose behind wall plate. Walls were paper thin, had to listen to TV next door until 1am. Breakfast was barely eatable. No eggs, no coffee and stale bagels. |We were charged an additional $10 for not "checking out". Received an e-mail prompting to "check out" and was asked for a tip!! Stay away from this place. Also Note: Sign at front desk informing guests if you're staying less than 3 days there is no maid service. If you need clean linen just dump your dirty linen in the hall.

We had a great 1 night stay here. The bed was very comfortable and the heating unit very quickly warmed up the room.
The 'hot' breakfast was more warm than hot but the bacon was very crispy and the cheesy eggs were great. Several other selections made for a great morning feast.

Hotel clean and not bad for a one night stay. Pool was clean and kids had fun, water slightly heated which was good. The check in lady, however, was unnecessarily rude! Sheila I believe was her name… if you’re working with people you need to make sure your personality and mannerisms are a good fit. She would be good reason we would not stay there again. We had 3 other families travel as well and arrived at different times. Each one said the same thing, so it wasn’t just me thinking she was rude.

Staff is well informed and hospitable, facility is clean, and room is spacious. After a long drive, happy to see the pool in operation! Kids, bring your swimming equipment.

Did look in swimming area and paint needed some help. Would like to see bathrooms updated.

Very nice stay! I am local, but brought my kids to spend NYE at the hotel with the pool and breakfast. We had a blast! Pool is warm and easy to access. Rooms were clean and tidy. My only missing star is for the fact it’s a little dated, and some places show it. Otherwise I’d highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced. Ample parking. Free breakfast. Great pool. Rooms were quiet and well taken care of. Would definitely stay again.
