Location Location Location!!!

This hotel was so centrally located you couldn’t ask for better! There are three buildings that comprise the hotel A, B and C, we were in building B. It was fairly modern, clean and the rooms were spacious.

Check in was great, and we were able to get a room close to the hot tub which we like to use. The hot tub was awesome, crystal clear water and the room it was in was clean and had a good supply of towels. The walls were all windows so we were able to see out to the courtyard.

There was breakfast each morning from 6-10 am. It was a fairly good variety of waffles, toast, bagels, oatmeal, fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage, coffee, juice, milk and water. The breakfast attendant was spectacular. She kept everything super clean and was constantly refilling everything. We never lacked for anything at breakfast. There however is where the plusses of this hotel end. See below for the horror show that was our stay

We recently stayed at this hotel and were deeply disappointed with the experience. While we chose this location for its pet-friendly policy, we were surprised upon arrival to discover an additional $30 per night pet fee. Although this fee was disclosed on the booking site, it was buried in the fine print, making it easy to miss.

As frequent travelers, my spouse and I are accustomed to transparent pricing where pet fees are either included or clearly highlighted. This lack of clarity felt misleading. When we addressed our concerns with the on-duty manager, her response was unhelpful and unprofessional, which only compounded our frustration.

To make matters worse, the room had an unpleasant odor, resembling body musk, which further diminished our experience. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, we were unable to switch hotels or secure a refund. Overall, this was an unsatisfactory stay, and we would not recommend this property.

Staff lied about no hot water in showers being because "health department regulations" when the water from the bathroom sink a few feet away was steaming after only a minute. Wouldn't put me in another room because "all showers are going to be that hot". Had to call them multiple times because they didn't answer the phone the first time, had to go to the front desk multiple times, had to have the difference in temps from the sinks verified by multiple staff because they want to treat me like a liar instead of fixing the hot water issue.

Also, it is incredibly rude when everyone speaks English to change language in the middle of the conversation in order to exclude the person complaining - if everyone speaks English, then hiding behind the language barrier to complain about someone right in front of them is unbelievably rude and incredibly poor service, period. Terrible management, and also not the first time front desk management has been rude while acting like they're being funny, which they weren't. I had stayed here before, but I won't be going back - make sure to check water temps and wifi as soon as you show up, and don't let them lie to you about the health department regulating water temp in the shower as a reason you have to take cold showers in a hotel in the wintertime

Check in was quick and easy - they accommodated our request for an upper floor. Great value for the price. Nice creek running through the property. Close to a lot of restaurants and stores. King bed was pretty comfy - wish the bedding was a bit thicker but nice for snuggling.

We havent stayed here since it used to be best western. It used to be a great place and always enjoyed it back then. We were kind of looking forward to coming back agsin and were glad to see that they gad electric car charger. First thing the manager at front desk said was that there would be no breakfast served the next morning. The 1 employee who does the breakfast had called in sick. I asked for a cheaper rate, since we would now have to ho out and pay for breakfast at a restaurant. She said no, as its already free, so we were out of luck. She did offer an apple for the morning though. I then said id like to plug the car in to charge, she said it costs $20 per hour! At that price i might as well buy gasoline as it is a slow charger and would have taken 4 or 5 hours to charge. Turns out it was broken anyways, so i gad to charge somewhere else. We then were given a room that was located below ground in a basement like level. It immediately smelled like cleaning chemicals and we couls see mold in the corners. The chemicals were a poor attempt to hide the real smells. So i went up, told her we wanted another room that was not down in their basement next to laundromat. First she said there were no other rooms available. I said that the place seems deserted as there were no other cars anywhere. She then said she'd call manager and he gave her permission to now find us a new room on 2nd level. Unfortunately it smelled of obvious smoking. She denied it, said this is a non smoking facility! Ha, i then said i wanted another room and she said i was free to leave and go to another hotel. I said ok, but i wanted a refund first. They wouldnt do that, so i told her we would stay under duress. She couldn't have cared less, offered to send someone to spray chemicals in thevroom to hide smoke. No thanks. Once in the room, no blankets and fridge not working, so our food gad to be eaten right away. Wifi was terrible and only 1 towel for 2 to share. I had to call front desk twice to get more. Even toilet paper was the cheapest 1 ply you could ever find. Next day breakfast was served afterall, but it looked so bad, all we had was coffee. Breakfast room was freezing and not one other person was in there. Years ago, it used to be full. Its so sad to see what this group has done to a once great hotel. I predict it will be closed permanently before long or taken over by a new owner. So in conclusion, i advise you to go up the street to oxford hotel. Its pricier, but worth it compared to this place. They obviously just thought it would be easy pkace to run but they dont know a thing about hotels. Other than location, this place now deserves 0 stars.

After traveling 14 hours on December 26th, 2024, and feeling totally exhausted, I asked for an early check-in around 9:30 am. I was told the room would be ready by 10:30 but I would have to pay an additional $50 to check in before 3 pm. I declined. I returned at 3 pm and checked in and was assigned a floor on the 4th floor. When I asked where the elevator was, I was informed they did not have one, and I would have to climb the steps that are OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING and be uncovered to protect myself from Washington State weather. My physical health would not allow this. The woman at the front desk informed me they were full, and she didn't have many available rooms. I told her I could not make those stairs, so she found one on the first floor. I also asked her for a room with a tub as I soak in a tub after a long day. She advised me the only rooms with tubs are on the 4th floor. I chose to stay on the first floor.

The room was a little small, but it was adequate. It was also cleaner than most hotel rooms. However, there was only a shower and the curtain didn't reach the floor, so every time I took a shower, the floor was covered in water. Also, the hot water only lasted 2-3 minutes and then turned to room temperature.

The free breakfast was a nice benefit and it was adequately stocked.

Finally, I received a text the day I was checking out informing me I could check out online. I did so and indicated I would check out by 11 am, the deadline I was given. I started to load my car at 10 am and when I tried to use my key card to go back into my room after the first load, it had been deactivated. I went to the front desk to get another card and she was surprised I had more than one load and offered to help me move my stuff instead. I declined, as I didn't want to be rushed, so she gave me another key card.

This whole experience left me feeling unwelcomed by the staff. I will not return.

Not worth the price tag; stayed at a much nicer hotel the night prior that was only $10 more.... They have a vending machine, which only sells sodas and junk food, no water. The breakfast in the morning was pretty awful. The room looked like it had the carpet replaced and put hardwood straight on the foundation which is normal except the baseboard is still the height of padded carpet so there's a weird gap from floor to baseboards. The room smelled bad too, very humid. Would be 4 stars if the price reflected quality (too expensive)

I would not recommend this hotel. Stayed there several times the last month. One time no TV they had problems with cable so that was awful. Next time October 18 2024 no hot water. Was told during check in but they would have back in couple hours. They did not next day still no hot water so no showers which I was not happy. Asked to talk to a manager was told one was not in but they would have her call me. Well no managers ever called and I called 4 or 5 times and she was always unavailable and would not take my phone calls. Called corporate office person took my complaint said someone would email me. I’m like what email why not a phone call. This place has no good customer service and from what I can tell does not care about the customer only about the buck. If something goes wrong then oh well. I canceled future reservations I had already booked.
