Kind of an unassuming place from the highway in Gearhart Oregon. But the rooms are great and all the amenities you need.
Close to everything and quiet.
Thanks Kim🙂

The bathroom was clean, no mold. New carpet. Very clean. Had dishes and cookware in kitchen. Kitchen table with chairs. Felt like a furnished apartment as this one I stayed in was a one bedroom. Nice clean stove and oven, along with newer refrigerator. Neighbors were quiet. I stayed for 2 months with no problems whatsoever.

The staff at the Windjammer are excellent. The rooms are set up like mini apartments with kitchens. There is a laundromat. It's a nice quiet area. Just a few miles from Seaside. It is really clean and well-kept.

This is a great experience for the woods and the beach in Seaside. This place makes dreams come true! You should go anytime or anything. It makes people feel happy and safe, it may not be the best motel, but it's the one for you and me!🙂🙂🙂

I stayed for a week while passing through. The price was reasonable for the amenities. You get a full kitchen pretty much (minus microwave) and a sitting room separate from a master bedroom of sorts and a bathroom. It's essentially a suite in a Super 8 or the likes.

That said, it's not the amenities that I disliked but the atmosphere. The walls were paper thin and I could hear people walking up and down the hall and slamming the main door to the stairs open almost every 5 minutes. On these stairs I ran into a group of guys in their mid-30s and older who were vary clearly using the cover of the stairwell to smoke and deal/package drugs. The rest of the residents seemed like either younger couples down on their luck or people who'd been living there for a long time and had no intention of checking out. Lots of yelling and kids screaming on and off.

Surprisingly, I was never bothered in my room or elsewhere. While everyone seemed a little "I'll stab you if you say something to me" at first glance, no one messed with me or my vehicle. The one or two people I talked to were quick with me but polite. The parking lot isn't really lit, and it's definitely recessed in the shadows, but everything seemed fine. That didn't stop me from bringing a small baseball bat with me to my room the first night, and it's sat in the corner within reach every night since. For a hotel it's a bit underwhelming, and for an apartment-type setting it's kind of scary.
