I come pretty frequently during hunting season while my husband hunts. I always enjoy their spa- so gorgeous! The rooms are nicely renovated. This past weekend, my friend and I visited, and we LOVED Candace and Jay at the center bar. They provided excellent service and had us laughing the whole time. They really made our visit! We also ate at Fire and enjoyed the food and service there. Will definitely be back.

Was greeted by the darling Bonnie at the front desk. She’s always charming. Love the view from our room and the rooms are remodeled so they’re very classy looking. All of the staff is friendly especially in the Marketplace Buffet. And if you haven’t done the cooking class you’re missing out on a wonderful experience!

The suites are spacious, gorgeous, and modernly updated. We stayed on the side overlooking the pool and it was nice. Although pricey I would say the room was worth the price. Room service (breakfast specifically) was hot, tasty, and flavorful. The actual resort had plenty to do and still managed to be easily walkable. Good variety and amount of slot machines. The food court/buffet is a cool concept with a nice variety of food options. One note of improvement would be the elevators which are carpeted. They need to be steam cleaned because they are dirty and have a bad smell to them.

We stayed at Windcreek, Atmore. They have remodeled their rooms since I stayed with them before. I loved the new colors and the room was totally comfortable and refreshing. The bathroom now had a tub/shower combination which I loved because I don’t like a shower only. I like to sit back and relax in tub. The new buffet was fantastic and I actually won some money so it was a win/win for me.

I stayed at the resort for about 11 hours back in January, 2021. I was in Alabama for my brother's funeral and needed to book a room where my driver was staying. I saw the bathroom and was impressed.

The buffet we took advantage of was outstanding. There were so many options for such an affordable price.

When I decided to return to Alabama in July 2024, I booked my suite with great anticipation to fully enjoy the resort for six days. I was not disappointed. The resort smells amazing, everything is clean, the staff is kind and helpful, and the Roam body package smelled WONDERFUL. I even bought a large gallon of lotion when I returned home.

As we were departing to return home, I logged onto the site to see if I could book for next year.
The only thing I found slightly annoying was the weak spots when trying to use my mobile phone.
Other than that, excellent!

Hadn't stayed at Wind Creek in 6 years. Was surprised to see the rooms were upgraded. The King room had a bigger closet space and bathroom was decorated nicely. Didn't care how the bed was made up, it wasn't enough cover for 2 tall people, and the bath towels didn't smell fresh.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly- room was very clean and nice. Unfortunately there was a couple next to us with several small children and several dogs. This was a couple evacuating from Panama City due to Hurricane Helene. Their children were up well past midnight and their small dog barked non stop. We called the front desk and the lady was extremely nice and apologized and said she would take care of it. Unfortunately it did not get better. We ended up leaving around midnight because we simply could not get any sleep. I do understand that this was a extenuating circumstance but it is unfortunate we were penalized by being placed next to this extremely loud family. I doubt if we will stay at the hotel again. We love the Atmore Casino and will continue to visit but will probably only do day trips going forward.

Very nice hotel and casino. The room we stayed in was updated. The only negative was the mattress. It was too soft on both sides. Needed to be replaced or flipped. The middle was still firm.
The staff and security team was very friendly and informative. If you want a weekend getaway, Wind Creek is a nice option. In addition to the Casino there is a cinema, bowling alley, arcade and a pool.
