This was the perfect Bed and Breakfast the house rooms and location is what you want while visiting Williamsburg. Walking distance to everything restaurants winery brewery colonial area. The Breakfast in the morning was fresh homemade and delicious. I highly recommend the Williamsburg Sampler.

We had a wonderful stay at Williamsburg Sampler Bed & Breakfast! The cozy ambiance and charming decor made us feel right at home. Laura, our host, was fantastic—welcoming and attentive. Waking up to the smell of delicious bacon was a treat, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Highly recommended! It was the first time travelling with out puppy and they were able to accommodate all our needs. Thank you very much, Laura!

We LOVED staying at Williamsburg Sampler. Lauren was the best host we could ever wished for! Lauren is very kind and friendly. She was always available by phone or texts and provided us with everything we needed to know about Williamsburg. The Sampler feels very homey - cozy, clean and very stylish. We felt right at home. We loved the complimentary treats and amazing homemade breakfast - scrambled eggs from Lauren’s own hens, four grain porridge and amazing desserts. My whole family fell in love with Lauren’s B&B and can’t wait to come back!

This B&B made our trip!! Cannot recommend it more…it’s a quant house with so many thoughtful touches around the communal rooms and bedrooms. There’s a fancy coffee machine, free sodas/waters, fruit, etc. for the guests. In the morning, the guests sit around the large dining room and eat an AMAZING breakfast made by the cook! This was such a great way to start the day of doing touristy things, the breakfast was felt so fresh, cooked with love and overall delicious. The bedrooms were also great, extremely comfortable beds and smart TVs. We would absolutely stay again, this was such a great part of our trip!

It’s also a 15 min walk to town so in a great location! Not too noisy either sense it’s on a quiet road.

Why does the Williamsburg Sampler gets such high ratings on TripAdvisor? The simple reasons is that this is an excellent Bed and Breakfast! From the decor to the comfort to the food, everything about this place is great. I especially enjoyed having the two sitting rooms downstairs where I could relax with family and read at the end of the day. The proprietor is friendly, helpful, easy to get in touch with, and accommodating. When I head back to Williamsburg, this will be the first place I check for a booking.

We have stayed at several B&Bs over the years. This is by far the best. Furnishing are breathtaking, spotless clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was superb and it was all you can eat home cooked buffet. Our host was extremely friendly and on point always. We will return here and give it a try as you won’t regret it.

We wanted our 4 grandchildren (ages 8-13) to experience Colonial Williamsburg, so we started searching for hotels or rental houses. I came across the Williamsburg Sampler, which is a 5 bedroom Bed & Breakfast. All the rooms were available for our travel dates, so I booked the entire house. Every nook and cranny was occupied by treasures from around the world. The kids loved exploring every inch of the house, and the adults loved having various rooms to escape to. Every breakfast was unique and extraordinary. The owners also own a catering business, and they made certain there were plenty of options for everyone. The owner, Laura, was also very helpful as I was planning our trip, and also offered a link for discount tickets.

We loved our stay at this charming bed and breakfast!! Our suite (Cpt. John Smith) was beautiful and immaculate. Our breakfasts were delicious. This bed and breakfast is less than a mile to downtown Williamsburg - we loved our walks! Highly recommend this awesome inn and beautiful Colonial Williamsburg.
