I stayed with my boyfriend and brother in room 106A because there was no space at the wisp hotel where we usually stay. I’m glad I got to experience a new place and I really enjoyed my time. The pool was pretty and the hot tub had two levels! There were many other facilities that I didn’t have a chance to use since we were mainly there to ski. The view of the snow covered lake was beautiful and the room had adorable bear-themed decor 🙂

Had a great weekend relaxing in 706h, it was quiet and perfect weekend getaway for me and the wife. The condo was clean, everything worked as expected. The location was nice, cold weekend but still nice to be on the lake for sunrise.

We’ve been going to will o wisp for 48 years - celebrated 47th anniversary this year. Mandy was great at the front desk and our condo, 202, was clean, comfortable , newly updated, separate bedroom, full kitchen, 2 balconies! The staff are helpful and friendly. |Aces Restaurant, was wonderful. The food was fantastic, so much to choose from, appetizers, special drinks, soup, entrées, and dessert was amazing. The service is excellent.

Overall our stay at Will O The Wisp was great! My husband and I traveled here for a short weekend for our 1 year wedding anniversary. The service and staff was professional and prepared. Check-in was super easy and fast. We had dinner at Ace's Run which was fantastic. Food and service was great. The condo we stayed in was nice and updated. We were impressed with the amount of space we had! Also was very convenient to have the kitchenette in there. This is a very small thing, but the shower head was very small so there wasn't a ton of water pressure when taking a shower. Nothing that would keep us from coming back. We certainly would recommend!

We have been going to Will-o Wisp for 48 years. 47th anniversary was celebrated at their restaurant, Aces. The food was fantastic. The service was even better. Even treated us to a complementary cream Brulé , which was outstanding, Along with their specialty drinks, other desserts, Appetizers, soup, and entrées. Highly recommended.
We stayed in room 202, fully renovated, very comfortable. Love the extra bedroom with its own balcony. Mandy was great at check in and throughout the week. Cleaning staff is excellent. Our room was extremely clean. So happy to be there once again.

The other reviewer who called it “smells like the 70s” is giving an accurate description. We stayed in 309B which is not a loft. Our tub did not drain well, and the housekeeper had kept the plug out. She also reported it but I could tell these things get ignored. Another day, we told the housekeeper that we were getting ready to leave and asked her to come back to clean the room. She said she would try but did not. We were really running out of towels. Their tv is old and not a smart tv. They had a dvd player with a few DVDs||But otherwise, it was a comfy stay with an amazing view of the lake. It had a vanity table outside the bathroom, which was helpful. The bathroom was Jack and Jill style and was good too. Great location as we could walk to firewater restaurant. Super close to other restaurants and eateries.

DIRTY! URINE STAIN ON SHEETS! This facility is absolutely filthy! Upon arrival when I went to turn down the beds, I noticed a big urine stain in the middle of the sheets, And it smelled!!!! I have attached a picture!
They obviously don’t clean, or change the sheets. There was food near the coffee table on the floor! The whole facility is outdated and scummy. The hot tub is so filthy and full of scum, mildew and mold. The indoor pool - the ceilings are pretty much falling apart. The sauna - temperature controls / lights ripped off the wall & there’s graffiti and things written on the sauna walls. The front office staff is rude and inconsiderate, so not much help there! The TV remote controls don’t really work. never stay there again, as mentioned the sheets were visibly dirty and stained. It’s disgusting. When the front desk was made aware of this, they did nothing!!

The location was perfect with beautiful views of the lake. The rooms were clean and spacious. The condo was quiet with fun amenities such as the heated indoor pool! The showers were a little light on water pressure and ceilings in the bathroom were low, but it wouldn't stop us from booking again!
