Don’t waste your time or money. I don’t even know where to start. My husband and I spent a lot of money to take our kids to this resort, only to not even be able to fully use anything because of the amount of people. Couldn’t get into the lazy river or find a table at any of the water parks. The room is so low quality for what you are paying. Bathroom is tiny, pillows are tiny, couch feels like cardboard. People fighting in the hallways at 10pm when my kids are trying to sleep. For what we paid in food and drinks while staying here, I could have flown my entire family to the beach. For the amount of rooms this place has to offer, the indoor water park space does not accommodate. Will never stay here again. The only good part about our trip was Sorento’s.

We rented a 3 bedroom condo and a one bedroom condo at Glacier Canyon for a weekend with our kids and grandkids. Both rooms were beautiful with comfy beds, fireplaces and jetted tubs. On Saturday, we got a cabana at the wave pool. Keegan was our server for the day. He was AMAZING! Can't say enough good things. He was so personable and friendly and made us feel so special. Anything we needed, he got for us right away. We couldn't have asked for a better cabana host! We had 10 adults and 2 littles and had the best time!!

The rooms are very basic & depending on what floor you are on, it will be loud with lots of walking. There's lots to do for all ages. We had a 14 yr old & 9 yr old with us and every one had fun. We went during cold months so only indoor parks could be used - a couple things could add to value, an adult only hot tub. The 2 in use get taken over by kids and the relaxation factor ticks down quite a bit when there's a bunch of kids swimming & splashing. The other thing that might help would be a good old fashioned regular swimming pool.
Also, the room didn't have a full length mirror.
The hours are posted but not followed closely either. We saw a couple things were to open at 11am on certain days only to show up and be told they wouldn't open until noon.
The food is good & the staff is so very fun, friendly, kind, patient & professional.
Clean rooms.
Attentive lifeguards.

Rooms are small, but modern and clean. We got the woods view, which was beautiful. There was a little balcony that was private. Kids loved the water parks and the staff was very attentive. Loved that they have lots of restaurants on site, never need to leave! Wished they had more parking space; it fills up quickly. The arcade is awesome, and so was the mini golf and Lazer tag.

Very fun vacation destination. Lots to do, even if you go during the winter months, there is plenty to do for the family at the 3 indoor waterparks. The food is good but a little pricey. But honestly, it's expected for a resort. If you are staying in a room, you can bring your own food from home if you want to save some $ and put it in the fridge. We will definitely be returning again! Definitely going to go during the summer to experience the outdoor portion of the resort.

Whether you're looking for a relaxing day by the pool or some fun water slides, they've got it all. Plus, the atmosphere is super family-friendly, making it a great place for everyone. Definitely a five-star experience! 🏊‍♀️✨ Have you been there before?

There are three indoor water parks. However, all three look pretty much similar. Only water park is free with stay, you have to pay for even go-cart and other activities. Room price seemed reasonable but had to pay a lot for other activities.

This is really good place if your kids are like under 10.

Positive: we reached around 12:30 pm the rooms were ready but website says you can check in only by 4

We stayed in a two bedroom condo & it was spacious, lovely, the kitchen had everything one would need to cook! However, there were two issues. One being that they didn’t offer nearly enough bathrooms/changing rooms/showers to accommodate the large crowds of people that they host. It was honestly baffling how few bathrooms there were to the sheer number of people there were. Ten bathroom stalls, 2/3 showers and no changing rooms for the literal hundreds of people that were there?

The other, more pressing issue is that I’m certain that the pools weren’t balanced properly. My oldest children complained of their faces burning after swimming yesterday. My middle child complained of his legs burning & they were visibly red. I myself broke out in a rash, as did my toddler. There’s no way we each had some sort of reaction after swimming that wasn’t caused by…the swimming.

The front desk brought new towels when we ran out. So service was fine! rooms were clean & affordable.

Edit to say that The Wilderness commented below to have me contact someone in guest relations about my problem. I’m not sure if it’s because I gave a decent rating and some praise in my review as someone pointed out before they only responded to positive reviews. Emailing them was a waste of time. They wanted to privately tell me that the pools were within normal range & that it’s a dry skin season. Except we stay in the Dells in March (& also May) every single year and have never had this experience. We sometimes stay at the Kalahari and sometimes at the Wilderness, this has never happened prior to this stay. If it had been one of us I could have chalked it up to sensitive skin but all of us? Yeah, no thank you. We were willing to give them another try as it could have been a one off but it felt like they blamed us for THEIR issues. The wave pool was disgusting. never again.
