Characteristics

Clean bathrooms, passport stamp, map (had to ask for one as they were running low), and a big park store await.

Nice views of the lake and plenty of information to plan your time in Whiskeytown.

Small little VC on the edge of the Recreation area.

There was a small hiking trail down to the water.

Plenty of parking for hiking.

The VC itself did not have much in the way of displays or info for the area.

The staff inside were kind and helpful.

Not much to see here, but if your collecting junior Ranger badges, it's a stop.
