Staff was so nice. Loved our stay. Had a great time. Bed was comfortable. Room temp easy to regulate. Free coffee was good, hope we dont get charged next stay because cost has gone up.Felt very safe wandering around the casino. Will try the buffet next stay.

We recently visited for the first time and had a blast! An easy getaway from home. Sunday dinner/brunch buffet was delicious! Great staff here and good variety of slots and table games. Hotel room was nice - clean and everything worked as it should. We’ll definitely be back!

Overall the experience was good. We go often but never seem to win much. Most times we don't break even. But, its fun! This past weekend we went, again did't break even but overall a good time.. Guest services however could have been a little friendlier. We had forgotten our players club cards at home and needed the new ones for the year anyway. She really didnt seem all that interested in helping us. Even though she wasn't all that friendly it didnt hinder our stay. Most of the employees are amazing!

When I arrived the front desk was very nice and quick to get my room. I got in my room it was very clean and nice. The buffet was great, the food and staff were both amazing. Then it came down to the
Drawings for the football drawings. They picked out several tickets looked at them picked one and stuck them back in the middle. They didn’t spin the barrel each time they drew which caused several tickets to be just Stuck to the sides of the barrel. They didn’t try to mix the tickets around they just kept picking out of the middle. They didn’t give everyone a fair chance to be picked because they didn’t mix it up. After the drawing was over I said something to the events coordinator about it and he was very RUDE about the situation. I have been to many casinos and have never had a staff member be like that. If you’re taking suggestions just make the drawings a little bit more fair next time. Other people that stood around me had the same thoughts. And please tell your even coordinator to not be rude to customers.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good also. Check in was very easy and fairly quick. The Buffet was great I could eat there every day. King crab legs on Friday nights .All food I tried had very good taste. The games were up dated since I had been there last. Lots of fun new games. Great night out

We love this casino. It’s sketchy getting to it, the streets along the way are like what you imagine Chicago would be. The BK always has druggies hanging around outside under the bridge. The casino is immaculately clean and always smells fresh. The machines are clean, the ashtrays are clean and always emptied. The trash is always emptied. Bathrooms always clean. The staff always polite. The Buffett is delicious!! The refreshment centers are always stocked well and clean. Overall, this casino is the best around!

Casino was nice. It was clean with a very good selection of slots. We did not play tables, so can't speak to those, but they were clean and not very busy. The restaurant was limited to the food court, but that was fine...i think it was a Wednesday between 11 and 2, so didn't expect a steak house for example. Player's club offerings were very generous for first time signees. Won a few dollars, so that always helps!

Haven't had an opportunity to visit in a little while and I was happy with the rearrangement of the floor. The flow seemed much nicer than before.

There didn't seem to have many workers on the floor to assist.
