Such a great catering company! The food is delicious and beautiful, the crew is super organized, the chefs are very personable and knowledgeable and they’ve got the raddest looking wood fire oven that they bring. In addition to that, I really respect the level of care they put into all the ingredients , growing everything they possibly can, smoking their own meats, to grinding their own flour. It’s not often a catering company is that scratch made and organic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Wheat and Fire for delicious pizzas and MORE!
