Came in for the first time on a Saturday around 11:00 am. It was busy but nowhere near as packed as it has been. We ordered two combo meals; one medium and one large and that cost $25.00. The large cup is huge, probably a 1/2 gallon size. We waited 22 minutes for our food and NOTHING WAS HOT! The fries were limp and barely warm. The burgers tasted fine and were made correctly but they were cold. My husband was disappointed and thought it was a 2 star visit cause his food was cold and his jalapeño burger only had 1 small jalapeño piece on it. The lobby and dining area was a little messy; all the tables were dirty, the floors needed to be swept and the bathroom needed a check. I was there for over an hour and only saw one worker come out to straighten the drink station once. Honestly I’m only giving 3 stars cause the burgers are big and greasy like McDonald’s burgers.

We had such a pleasant experience today, around 4:30. We had a hard time on the self serve machine and someone came to take our order. She was super kind and sweet and did not even make a face at my husbands order of two large fries. I made a point to let the manager know how clean the store was and how friendly the employees were. We have enough negative in the world. Great experience and great staff!

Very good food. I love their burgers. Everything tastes fresh. The fries are crispy and this is probably one of the only restaurants where Dr Pepper actually tastes like Dr Pepper. The drink is not watered down and they have the good ice- like sonic.

I ordered through the drive thru and was pleasantly surprised that the line moved quickly.
The employees were nice and helpful.
The restaurant is open 24 hours a day.
This restaurant is a great addition to Florence!

First visit 12/9/23: Here to try the Honey Butter Biscuit…did not disappoint. And the cup of coffee was huge. All aspects service were great. Atmosphere is fun, music is rocking. Huge parking lot and plenty of directional signage. Thankful for another option for a quick meal. And the Cinnamon Roll is big, real big! NOTE: NO WIFI is provided.

This is my go-to spot for a quasi-late night meal once a month when I have a late meeting in Florence. The burgers and fries are great, and there are plenty of drink choices. The shakes are good, too!
