Stephanie and her entire team at Wetlands Catering made the potentially stressful event of selecting a menu blindly as EASY as can be. She quickly answered all of my questions, she offered helpful solutions to my dietary concerns and she was sure to follow the details I requested to the T!! Every single person who attended our campground reception spoke to us that day or shortly after to tell us (without us asking!) that the food was phenomenal, the women helping set up and run it were kind and courteous and that the entire meal defied all expectations. We listed campground casual but the chicken in white wine reduction and the roast beef in au jus made the guests feel like they were at a 5 star restaurant. I cannot recommend this company and this team enough - they truly went above and beyond my wildest dreams to make this a beautiful day.

Used them for a family reunion. The entire process was seedless, everyone was extremely accommodating, and the food was great! I’ll use them again for sure
