Great place for 55+ . Large pool, Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball, many groups catering to various interests. It is a nice place to check out. Seems to attract folks. Well maintained grounds throughout.

The park is very pretty nice and quiet. However, the lot rent is high and gauges the residents who are on a limited income.

Great place to live, nice people fun things to do. One complaint is our pool has been on the fritz for 2 years and that is one of our amenities we’re paying for. Lots of people complain but nothing ever done to fix the problem.

Clean & neat, good location except that the only way in or out is via the main highway. I dinged the rating quite a bit because it is so expensive to live there. $900 a month and that pays for very little.

A great place to live at after retirement. The property is well taken care of. Residents are organized and have luncheons, cards parties. Nice swimming pool, clubhouse. It's a 55
plus community.

Westpark is great! The residents are the sweetest, nicest and caring people I have met. We visit every year and the people welcome us just like we ate part of their family. When we leave NJ, we will certainly consider coming here.

Great adult 55+ community...edit: as of 2021, I have 2 family members happily living here... community has stayed the fresh clean quiet enviroment for several years now! As a visitor, it seems a very nice park to visit
