It's a bit rustic, but I like it. Great prices on dock fishing and boat rentals. Very comparable to other resorts in Spokane. The food was okay, in the sense that that's what I expected. A bit high-priced, but if you don't like the food don't buy it. The fish weren't biting, but but that's how it goes and that could be the case anywhere.

The lake is very peaceful, not many people were there. The fish weren't biting much, but it was still a very nice visit. Downside is there is a lot of seaweed that you have to navigate around when fishing in certain areas of the lake. The place to rent a boat at looks a bit worse for wear, but the people were very nice and helpful.

Old owners gone, this is a resort that is improving and will continue to improve too quickly to write about anything specific. John and Asiza(the new owners) are making this resort better every chance they get. I can't wait to see what's next.

This spot has now been permanently closed due to the fact that the current owners did not renew their DNR lease in time. But the public access is still there and open.
Good spot early in the year, don't be cheap get a boat and you won't be sorry.

The new owners here at west medical lake resort are by far the most wonderful people you will ever cross paths with. We owe the biggest thank you to them for all they did for us. Absolutely our favorite camping location. Quiet and peaceful, and beautiful sunsets. The new owners are very welcoming and friendly.

Terrible resort, can't even get a decent sandwich. Continues to go down hill. Used to a top line resort
Now looks a retirement home for trashed out motorhomes
