My daughters and I wanted a quiet getaway and reserved both rooms at the Welcome Home B and B. The rooms were comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed watching the birds, hiking the trails and just relaxing and talking. Diane is a wonderful host and a delight to talk to. ||Breakfast was delicious and included juice, homemade bread, biscuit cakes, rhubarb sauce, peach sauce, jams, hard boiled eggs, etc. Yum! We definitely will return.||||We enjoyed the whirlpool tub, but didn’t need the other equipment. If needed, it truly is accessible and has everything someone would need, including a hospital bed, a Hoyer lift, safety rails everywhere, and many other aids and equipment.

Haven't been there for 5 years, but went two years in row with another stroke survivor couple. It was more than we expected. The hostess lives on site but doesn't bother anyone. She had a solid window from her quarters that she would put sweets and misc. goodies thru to surprise us. Yummy. Well appointed for handicap usage and so serene and peaceful. Thinking about going back this year, but now it would be an 11 hour trip as opposed to 2 before we moved.

A godsend for me. Completely accessible, big room s and the motorized scooter was such a treat to take on the prairie and woodland trails- wildflowers were a treat and we enjoyed watching the birds. Diane is great, food is good and I feel like I'm in the country when I'm here. This was our second trip here And we'll be back.

Such a welcoming B & B. Diane was a wonderful proprietor, the accomodations were very comfortable. Everywhere you looked there was an interesting piece of furniture (bookcase made from a wooden ladder) or decoration (a shelf border of old hats). The grounds go on for acres with mowed trails through the wild flowers and prairie grass with strategically placed benches and yard art, horse shoe pit and library, all for your wandering please. The cherry on top is that it's dog friendly.

The Welcome HOME Bed and breakfast has everything any traveler might want. My wife and I stayed at Welcome Home for 2 nights this past week. Diane is a perfect host. She did a great job of communicating with us before our stay and provided us with many amenities while we were there. Our room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was also large and well-appointed. We parked under an overhead almost right at our room. ||Diane's B&B is totally handicapped friendly, from the entrance to the house to the various rooms. ||My wife and I have traveled extensively both throughout the USA and beyond. We recommend Welcome Home very highly.

We have stayed here twice, and will be again in a couple weeks. We go to West Bend every year for the geocaching gathering, and Welcome Home is the perfect place to stay. We go with another couple, and we each get our own bedroom and bathroom. Since the b+b part only has two bedrooms, we get the whole place to ourselves, the main house where Diane lives is attached but separate, so there is lots of privacy. Breakfast consists of breads and muffins and homemade jams, along with hard boiled eggs and more. Its self serve and all in the privacy of your own kitchenette. The whole place is quiet and restful, and it is totally wheelchair accessable. We love it!

We were staying near family, needed to book a room, and stumbled upon this treasure. When I arrived, I was greeted very warmly by the manager, Diane. The rooms were beautiful and had some amazing features I've never seen in B&B's: everything was flat level, there was a lovely whirlpool tub that had a side entrance for people that have difficulty lifting their legs over a regular tub, a walk-in shower, and some other great features. ||||This would be a wonderful place to go for an older couple, people who need accessibility, or people who just want a good deal, because the rate is unbelievably reasonable for a B&B. There's a back balcony out of the room, which overlooks hilltop scenery and wildlife. The decor is enchanting, somewhat modern but very inviting, as many B&B's are. In the main room, there's also a fireplace. The breakfast was a full continental with a bonus that Diane had a windowed door which opened into the kitchen from her quarters, and she presented some lovely baked apples with cinnamon and raisins. The breakfast wasn't a full one, like some B&B's, but there was definitely a nice range of offerings and we were satisified.||||What a wonderful getaway! Peaceful, and I appreciated the fact that Diane's living quarters were separate, as one could roam freely through the house, on the B&B side, and it was somewhat private (I think there are only 2-3 B&B rooms total, but they are very spacious.) We woke up to the morning paper, fresh coffee, and were ready to start the day.||||This is located just a few miles west of Port Washington, WI, off Hwy 33. I think you turn north on Y and you're right there.

I booked this BNB for my sister who was staying for a friend's wedding. From the moment of first contact, Diane was incredible and so helpful.

The home was clean, well thought out with breakfast options and rooms were spacious. My sister said she slept better than she ever had before. Thank you so much for such an excellent stay! First BNB experience and boy, what a great one.
