We have been renting a room for a few months. Didn't want to renew my lease with my landlady because we'll be relocating a few thousand miles away.

The people that own it are two of the most wonderful people I've met in my life. They're very dedicated to peoples' comfort and safety. They always make sure we're taken care of and are the best of humanity.

I couldn't ask for a better place to live right now. Happy I found them. I'll be sad when it's time to move and leave.

I was in an accident.. so my face isn't quite symmetrical.
I've been staying at the Everett and for 8 days now.. and not once has anyone came to my door and offered me linens or to empty my garbage... I had to do it myself.. otherwise it's all right. And I think the reason they're not cleaning my room is because of my appearance.. kind of funny you can be discriminating against the white guy no problem

I've been staying here going on 5 weeks and I don't have not 1 complaint about this business!! Its quiet, the office couple are always smiling and friendly and have awesome customer service! The cleaners do a great job cleaning my room and keeping my supplies stocked! The sheets and bed are always fresh and comfortable! Everything works fine, its comfortable and homey. I've stayed at many hotels around Sno county and this is the best one hands down!
I will definitely stay here again if I need to stay in a hotel for a extended period of time!!

The room wasn’t luxurious but very good for the price. It was clean and comfortable, well equipped with fridge, microwave and nice TV. As well, the people that run it are very kind and responsive. We had one small problem and they were quick to address the issue and make it right. We will plan to stay there the next time we are in Everett.

Positive: It was the best we could find for the price. The Seattle area is very expensive and cheaper motels had terrible reviews. Negative: It was adequate for an overnight stay. It's an old econobox with no breakfast room that would go for $--- a night somewhere else. The room doors open onto a street-side parking lot. There was some traffic noise early but it died off later on.

Altho The Manager can be Very Unfair, the rooms are Very Clean, The Room service is on point but other services are not. They do hand out Change tho. If U need to break a bill, the Lady is Very Considerate & as long as yr honest, She's honest w/U.
