I greatly enjoyed my stay in the Bully Choop room! Gorgeously appointed with period antiques. I especially loved the claw foot tub and in-room fireplace. I was traveling with two colleagues on business, and we felt like princesses in our four poster beds in each of our respective rooms. The parlor was great for our team meetings and a glass of wine. With the convenience of the mini fridge, we were able to enjoy breakfast breads and crepes we brought in, with the lovely coffee and teas that were provided complimentary. Might be nice to have a mini fridge downstairs next to the parlor. I definitely plan to return on my next trip to Trinity County!

I wasn't really sure what to expect of this place but I was really pleasantly surprised when I did arrive. |There had been contact from the hotel with door codes etc for a smooth check in process. |Lovely room, and a nice communal area which was done up for Halloween which made it even nicer.|There isn't a huge amount in the town but whats there is really nice. |I recommend this place if you need somewhere to stop.

My buddy reserved a double occupancy room for three nights for our Steelhead fishing trip and were really pleased with our accommodations. Room was great, clean and fully outfitted. Great location in Weaverville and walking distance to good restaurants. Can’t wait to stay next year during another Steelhead adventure!

Historic hotel in the heart of the Trinity Alps. I stayed in the La Grange suite — highly recommend. Stayed in many hotels around the world & this is one of the most unique to exist. Truly spectacular room in every way, a one of a kind. Old century style mixed with modern technology. Room included, Electric fire place, jetted bearclaw style jacuzzi, smart tv, velvet robes & slippers, in room Kuregg coffee, two beds, a full kitchen & a view of Main Street and the alps!

This is a lovely little Victorian inn right in the heart of town. The couple that own it are adorable and super friendly. The bed was super comfy. I actually got very sick during my stay and it was so quiet, cozy, comfy and peaceful during my recovery. They have a big gift shop that has the cutest jewelry at 40% off and they also sell gourmet truffles. At night they do turn down service and leave a truffle on the bed. The only bummer was no TV in the room but I just went downstairs to eat and watch TV in the back room. There is no elevator and a steep staircase so disabled people would have a problem. I would Def stay again. Thanks Jean and Brian!!

Everything about this place is phenomenal! Walking in is truly like being taken back in time. The interior is absolutely gorgeous! Not to mention its perfect placement in town, where you can walk to absolutely anywhere you need to go! I also wanted to state that Jeanne is a wonderful person and really makes the stay go from excellent to outstanding. People like her make this world a nicer place to live in. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

What a delightful experience we had with our stay at the Weaverville Hotel & Emporium. We've had the chance to stay at other Victorian era hotels and by far, the care for guests, the building, and the grounds shown brightly in all details. To add to the details in earlier reviews, the outdoor sitting area on the west side of the hotel is nicely and comfortably appointed. In addition to the hotel itself, Jeanne & Brian have curated an eclectic and quality emporium, including yummy truffles. I purchased goat milk body lotion unlike any I've seen before that is helping now with a troubling skin condition! Trinity River Brewing Company is within easy walking distance. For those interested in a personal and comfortable stay in a Victorian era hotel where using stairs is necessary, this is a wonderful place to stay.

We were taking a trip through the NorCal area and decided last minute to go whitewater rafting in Junction City. When looking for a place to stay my mom came across this adorable hotel! We loved it so much, we chose to stay a second night!
The couple who own the place are a delight and wonderful to talk to - they had great recommendations for places to eat, and the shop they run downstairs has great little finds.
The rooms are charming, clean, and so adorably detailed, we stayed in the Brown Bear room and the original hotel tub is so relaxing! If we ever come up this way again, we will be making a stop in Weaverville to stay here again.
