Me and my best friend camped 7/21/24-7/25/24 - Campsite 21. This was our first vacation together, camping and setting up everything on our own. After checking in and being extremely welcomed and informed of all s'mores fun had to offer, one of the owners helped back in our vehicle and camper to our lot for us. We ordered a wagon of wood which they conveniently deliver and add on a tab until checkout. Got all settled in, and had amazing fires each day. The nights were quite and peaceful. The weather was cloudy these days, but that was fine, wasn't too hot. We cooked good meals and played card games. The pool was refreshing, clean, and relaxing. Bathrooms and showers were clean and free to use anytime. They have a nice playground near the pool along with a basketball court, volleyball court, cornhole and arcade game room. The office has a little store with some groceries, extra supplies, gifts etc. They have relaxing lounge chairs by the pool, a picinic area and a covered picinic area. Dogs are allowed at this campsite and do have dogi pots stations throughout the campsite. They have various types of campsites available ranging from tent only, electric/electric w pad, yurt, cabins, and seasonal. Everything worked, and was up to standard. The guest were kind. I will definitely be coming back and recommend if your looking for a more quiet, yet fun place to take your kids/friends. 😊

We just got back from our first stay at this campground and it definitely will not be our last! The owners were very friendly and awesome to work with, and we loved our lakeside site and the fact that we could park our camper on a concrete pad! The bathrooms/shower house were really nice and very clean, they have a beautiful fenced in pool and a playground, separate game hut, and a really nice camp store! Some of the sites are a little close, but not to the point of really bothering us and it was nice getting to know our neighbors!

We are local and we stayed at this campground for the first time last weekend. We will definitely be back.

Showers were clean, pool was wonderful and the staff was top tier.

We had tent site #65 and although it was down a slight hill, the spot for your tent was perfectly flat and clean.

Paid for a weekend for our tent site (11 person tent from walmart) and it was too large for their tent site pad (the section our bed went on laid over the wood frame). We didn't have enough room to park our 2 vehicles during our stay because of fellow campers and how they parked. We set up our tent, took it down and left. I was hopeful but unfortunately this campground wasn't it.

Places like this are very scarce. We have camped for over 25 years and the amenities and cleanliness are unmatched. Grounds were kept up nice, bathrooms were spotless no matter what time you were there. A great experience and we are already discussing a return visit.

Owners are just great!! We had camper issues as we were leaving and he came over to help. Not sure what we would have done if he didn't stop over because the power jack wasn't working. Bathrooms are updated and clean.

We have not stayed at this park since it changed ownership and became S’more Fun. As I recall we enjoyed our stay with the previous ownership but the current owners managed to take a great thing and make it better! It was pretty easy to give a 5/5 rating. Everything from cleanliness throughout the park, friendly staff and nice store. We really enjoyed our stay! ||We stayed on a full hookup site for 4 nights so we were able to experience the park during the week and over a weekend. The park is nice and quiet during the week but does fill during the weekend. It didn’t seem overly crowded and loud like some larger campgrounds get but if you do not get to the pool early that fills quickly.||Texting the office for firewood delivery is a convenient feature that I’ve never experienced before. The firewood was a bit pricey but it was kiln dried and immediately ready to burn. Ice from the store was also worth mentioning. The bags were slightly larger than the typical gas station size, the ice was a nice uniform cube and at a reasonable price. ||Text alerts for activities and incoming weather information was also nice. ||If there was one complaint about our stay it would be intrusive seasonal campers who felt it was ok to cut through our campsite to get to theirs. This is one of my major pet peeves of camping. This did not affect my rating as I did still give the park a 5/5 and I felt it wasn’t fair to fault the park for the behavior of other campers but perhaps if park management reads the reviews that this is something that could be addressed with their seasonal campers. ||Overall though we had a great stay and would not hesitate to return in the future.

We loved this cozy campground and the very friendly owners and staff. The outdoor movie setup was great, and the pool and players were well used. Most of all, the other campers were all great.
