This was by far the nicest hotel we have stayed in. The staff has been amazing and very accommodating. Our room was a 2 bed suite with each room having its own bathroom. Did not expect that. The beds were so, so comfy. I slept for 11 straight hours. We actually took a pic of the pillow tag because we are determined to get some now. There are so many little things that made our stay great. However, I think the best part is their complimentary coffee. This is not just coffee. It is a cappuccino machine that makes pretty much anything you want. From straight black coffee to vanilla lattes to chocolate milk. We will for sure be back and seek out this hotel in the future.

I stayed here with my wife and daughter for 41 days last winter and i always meant to do a review but i guess i forgot until the year anniversary came up this week. Anyways this place is amazing. perfect location, pet friendly,in unit washer & dryer the vibes were 10/10. My company covered my entire visit but if i had to pay for it i would do it happily. Can’t wait to come back waterwalk will be our first stop

Stayed while on tour in 2018 and haven't stopped thinking about them since. What brought me to this page in 2025 is that I may be staying in Wichita for business again soon, and was searching for this place. Very cozy 2-bed loft with a fireplace back then that I apparently wouldn't mind staying in again 6.5 years later!

Front desk service was great at arrival. The building is old but not too rundown from what I could see. It looks pretty clean and kept. There is a nasty smell as soon as you walk in the building. The smell is not as strong in the front desk area. My room was in the building in the back. This smell is a mix between smoke, sweat, mold, and who knows what else. The same smell is present in the room. I stayed one night and was not the best. I got back in my room about 11:00pm the room across from mine had loud music playing. Not a big deal I figured it would stop soon since it was getting late but it actually got worse. We got ready to go to sleep, the noise sure got worse. The music was louder, there was now singing and screaming. I called the front desk about midnight, they said they would check it out. Try to go to sleep but couldn’t, the noise went on. It was 1:50am I could hear doors slamming, more screaming and more music. I called the front desk again but they hung up on me when I told them the noise was still going on. Not long after there was knocking at my door! WTH!!! Never before I had someone knocking on my door at 2:00am. I called the front desk again, they took a while to answer. I told them what was going on, they sound somewhat annoyed because I was calling. They asked what room was I in, if I I knew what the person at my door look like. While we were on the phone she said “I don’t know what is going on tonight” then she said “I can hear her now” and hung up. Not sure what happened out there but I was able to finally go to sleep. I woke up about 4:00 and I believe the noise was gone. This was not the best experience!

Unfortunately as other reviewers have indicated I was double charged. They have refused to refund the second charge and have directed me to talk to the travel agency I worked with as they are accusing them of having double booked me. The most frustrating part is that I checked in and I checked out without their staff mentioning two reservations to me. Reading other reviews it appears thus is not an isolated incident. While everyone was friendly and professional I must advise people to look elsewhere for a place to stay.

My home away from home... I love the place. Location is great and easy walking to a couple of coffee houses, museums, and a baseball park across the street. You have the river at your doorstep and loads of stuff to do. I visit Wichita each month for a week or so. This is a gem. Clean, safe, and friendly.

This hotel room was perfect. We were in between moving from one house to another out of State. Having all the comforts and needs of home was stress saving! It was very clean and functional. The entire staff has been friendly and very accommodating. Our room was a 2 bed suite with each room having its own bathroom. Did not expect that. The beds were very comfortable. There are so many little things that made our stay great. However, I think the best part is their complimentary coffee. Location is awesome. The ballpark is right across the street and the Delano District is within walking distance. We will for sure be back and seek out this hotel in the future.

Walked across the street from a concert at the stadium to stay the night. Couldn't ask for a better location and room that feels like home. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, full kitchen, washer and dryer. Awesome!

Christa and Christine have been wonderful! Got me quickly transferred from OVP to Wichita, moved me rooms from where I landed in Wichita to the one I preferred much quicker than expected and planned, and are helping g getting me moved back to OVP quickly. Have nothing but great things to say about them both! Have been the absolute most helpful!
