This is a reasonable hotel. The building is old, but the rooms were renovated relatively recently, so it's clean and comfortable. I don't see any problems for sleeping.
There is no refrigerator in the room. You need to use ice machine to chill your drinks. No microwave in the room, but two microwaves are located in the lobby (you can use it any time). No coffee maker in the room, but there is a pot (for boiling water) in the lobby.
This is not a motel. I mean, the hotel has a main entrance for the reception and a back entrance (which is auto-locked and you need a room key to get in). So you can't park your car in front of your room.
Considering the price, I will come back again.

How greedy of a hotel do you have to be to morally keep my money after I booked and asked to cancel within 5 minutes. I would recommend not staying here because clearly your establishment is greedy and has zero care for hospitality.

We would have liked to know how incredibly basic this hotel has chosen to be. However The price they charged is in keeping with other similar hotel types but they provide nothing but a bed and Tv. We were provided only 1 bath towel but were able to go to the office and get a couple more.

But, No refrigerator, No Microwave,
No hair dryer, No Coffee maker not EVEN in the Office. I can't believe that they wouldn't even provide any coffee. This place should offer more or give a discount for the lack of amenities a traveler expects.

Booked a room from out of town so I didn't know the area. There is no elevator so you have to use the stairs. No big deal to me but the stairwell was soooo nasty. A good cleaning of the steps and walls and floors would go a long way. We opened the stairwell door and immediately got back in our car to look for another hotel and couldn't find one close. We ended up going back and were surprised how clean the rooms were!. I think a good bleaching on the sheets and towels would go a long way as well. They were stained, but clean, but ewww. The girl at the front desk was great. Your customer service is really good there! I tried to call for early check in but no answer on the phone for two days.....

Love the remodeled rooms. Excellent staff. Front office personnel (Mina) was so sweet. It was very warming to come in to this hotel and be greeted with a big smile. She was very helpful and sincerely cared about our needs. The young gentleman that worked the graveyard shift was also amazing. He really accommodated our requests. Both of these staff members made us genuinely feel at home. The rooms smelled were clean and sanitary. This hotel was so comfy. This type of service at a hotel these days is definitely a rare commodity these days. Thank you!!!

The ac didn't work it was so hot. It took 2 hours for the room to be cool. They gave me a room in the 3rd floor no elevator. It seemed like the hotel was empty. No refrigerator .it was a bad experience

I wouldn’t recommend even if your budgeting for whatever reason. No fridge and no mic is one thing, but the dirty, old furniture, the heavenly stained washrags and towels, the dampness of the sheets, the slightly yellowed pillows. I’ve stayed in legit mom and pop hotels in too many states and all over Cali to know that this place isn’t worth the price or even the meager rating. No roaches, no bed bugs, no bad service, just an old dirty room without amenities
