James has been trusting Wasems with his CPAP supplies for years.
The service is always grade A with no poor interactions that we can speak of.
Sue keeps the area well stocked and she can always get something ordered in quickly if we are ever in need.
We don't shop at the store for much else, but we do come here for medical devices, such as air casts, slings, etc.
We suggest coming here before going to Walmart, if you can-- the selection is better.

I was faced with dealing with insurance,Dr negotiations meanwhile being stuck with no way to get around. The home medical team at Wasems went above and beyond to not only fix my power chair but to make sure I wasn't going to run into any problems going forward. I absolutely Love THIS PLACE! It's my Kid's favorite place to check out new, and cool toys, my favorite place for art supplies, and you can’t beat the next level customer service at the pharmacy. In a time when customer service is more of a personal judgement parade, pharmacy technician Alex makes the pharmacy experience 1000% times more comfortable. The owner themselves are an amazing person with empathy and understanding, and the crew as a whole always make me feel like I am a person & I matter. Thank you again Alex 💓 for all your help today. I bought my first camera here, 55 years ago, still love this old-fashioned feel but professional and up to date place. The ladies in the Home health department are so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. And I found the coolest purse to buy while waiting.

This review is for the lady in the pharmacy, Alex.
This young person was extremely rude to me when i was picking medications for my mother who is in extreme poor health and while this was going on, i witnessed her also poorly responding to some of her coworkers. I’m not sure what kind of work environment she is working in but this has got to be the worst experience I have ever gotten.

I absolutely do not recommend this pharmacy based on service from her.
