My family has been coming every year for the past 25 years. My grandma, her two sister, and everyone down to their great grandchildren come down. There are about 75 of us now, and we rent out all the cabins. I can honestly say the only change I wish they would make is building more cabins so that our growing family could all fit! It's the perfect halfway between vacation hotel and camping. The view is great, the lake is perfect, it's fun for all ages. The week we spend there has been better than Christmas for me since I was a kid. #LakeLife #FamilyReunion

Of all the times I've been to Balsam Lake, this was by far the worst. Good majority of the cabins that were rented the time we went have been going there for years. Which means they rent out 6 cabins of one family. They thought they owned the whole place. Not to mention they took over swim dock, and over the place to put our bossy on the dock. Oh, and no place down by the dock to plug anything in. We were suppose to plug our extension cord into one of their cabins the other people were renting.... Would not recommend this place in June!
