I have never had a bad experience here. All the employees are super nice and take their time with you. Amazing customer service. Of all the times I have been there, they have always treated me kind and been so friendly and helpful.

Diana is the absolute best! Always friendly, goes above and beyond to make each trip to my favorite coffee stand worth it. She truly makes it feel like a family atmosphere. I drive out of my way to get my coffee from her!

Honestly, I love wakeup call but this shop always makes my drinks bitter and the service is incredibly slow and kind of depressing. I definitely won’t be coming back because it’s reoccurring. The George Washington Way drinks are a totally different story, it taste 100x better and they are so kind, it just sucks it’s quite a ways from my work.

Not cheap but we do love our wake up call coffee and Manhatten energy drinks. Definitely recommend over Starbucks if you want your coffee drinks to have flavor!

I love this coffee shop. They are so helpful at explaining all the different coffees. The young gal named Kesa was awesome, its hard to find a place that has people with great personalities anymore. Thank you Kesa we will be back, loved my coffee by the way.

I was here Friday night and had a wonderful experience, my barista Kesha, I believe was her name, was very knowledgeable and personable. She gave me suggestions for a good fall drink that was still refreshing. I ended up trying a Pumpkin Chai Tea Latte and oh my, it was absolutely delicious. However, after her explanation of the menu There are so many more drinks that I didn’t know existed and that I want to try. Will definitely be coming back soon!!

This is the second time I stopped here. First time there was so much caramel it was too sweet to drink. This time they didn’t add any flavor at all. Pure coffee and milk. I think the girl was high, she could barely talk, and moved so slow.

I am really disappointed in this place as of late. I cannot drink a lot of caffeine, therefore I have to rely on places where I can get Italian sodas, or different teas. Over the last 2 weeks they have been out of Hibiscus tea and club soda. Because of this, I will not be going there for a long time. One thing I bet they never run out of is Red Bull.
