UPDATE : wake up call reached out to me, together we discovered the product as advertised here vs door dash are different. They took ownership, are correcting the difference and gave me a free drink for the inconvenience. Excellent communication and customer service!

Me and best friend always go here to get drinks and Ian ALWAYS give the best service! Super friendly, makes our drinks great every time, and he asks us to try it to make sure it’s just right. Definitely recommend!

Waited 20 minutes for a drink in the drive thru.. lack luster friendly service I usually enjoy, drink wasn't even close to what I ordered. Really bummed about todays trip for a yummy drink.. ordered a Carmel cookie crunch and got this, if I add toppings it costs extra, if they short you ingredients it's still full price.. I think dutch bros will be a nice switch as they can actually serve signature drinks properly..

In past visits to WUC the inside noise (music and machines) were just too much, even when I was the only customer. This location was (as of today) much quieter. There is the common noises of coffee art interplexed with the low rumble of conversation. This is expected! I ordered a double (half caf half decaf) 16oz latte with a touch of cream, hot. This one was too hot, perhaps too hot to drink immediately. The milk was steamed well yet when too hot it's difficult to maintain a frothy top. The coffee and milk was a creamy blend not offensive by any stretch. I paid $3.90 something. The service was friendly and "coffee serious", meaning they didn't blow me off when I described what I wanted to drink. Bravo team! I will be back!

Tried the iced Punkinchata & it was delicious 😋. This location is pretty busy and I had gone inside to meet a friend. Its vibe is kinda of dark lighting, slightly loud music so a bit hard to talk & they are very busy with drive thru. So, if you’re looking for a quick drink highly recommend drive thru and not going inside. Inside is more of order a drink, wait a while and then leave type of vibe.

Other than that the drinks are usually pretty good & especially the one I had today! 🎃Staff was also very nice. 😊

This is absolutely the best wake up call location I have ever been to. Everyone is friendly, and the drinks are always made to perfection. Tenya is the absolute best! She helped make sure my very large order was taken care of, and she did it all with a smile. I was so grateful for her professionalism and everything turned out perfectly. Thanks to her attention to detail. I will drive out of my way to always come to this location simply because of her and the wonderful team at the store.
