This is supposed to be a Rocket. I asked for an extra shot & half sweet. I got all milk, no extra shot & not half sweet. I literally can’t even drink this. It’s all milk! I drink enough coffee to know that this has no coffee in it. I can’t believe I just wasted $8+ on my 10 min break from work. I got a rocket yesterday at a different location & they made it right. It tasted great yesterday! I tried to call the store you can’t get through. So disappointing…

This is my third visit. The first two attempts were failures. This time there were no other customers so I got attention. The cashier was flippant and rude.

I didn't see any prices on the menu board hanging overhead. The cashier flippantly responded "you have to look.". It is a sheet attached to the side wall. You literally have to lean in over the cash register to read it around the shelving.

The tone was rude. Like , you are expected to see it. The regulars were warmly treated. That was obvious. The chatter behind the counter was constant. I will not ever return and I realize I will not be missed. I know many people are appreciative, but it is obvious the old gentlemen that are not measuring up to the baristas liking are not welcome.

FYI , I ordered a double shot over whip cream and received a double shot with cream.

Such a cute little place! Stopped in for a cup of coffee, but I was amazed how inviting it looked. Nice and clean with plenty of seating. They also have a nice outdoor area and a garage door that can be opened to the outdoor area for easy seating.

I’ve visited this coffee shop several times recently, and while the atmosphere and the coffee are generally great, I've been increasingly frustrated with the service. Over the past month, I've experienced long wait times on three separate occasions, which is becoming a pattern rather than a one-off. The staff, as always, are friendly and hardworking, but the issue seems to stem from poor management and prioritization of orders.
It’s clear that the staff are doing their best to keep up, but there doesn’t seem to be a system in place to handle the flow of orders efficiently. On multiple visits, I've noticed that drinks are being prepared in an order that doesn’t make sense—some customers who arrived after me were served first, and my order, a simple coffee, took much longer than more complex ones.
While I understand busy periods are inevitable, the recurring nature of these delays points to a lack of adequate planning or support from the management team. The staff shouldn't be shouldering the blame for this issue; it’s the responsibility of the management to ensure there's enough support and proper systems in place to handle the volume, especially during peak hours.
Overall, this coffee shop has a lot of potential, and when the service is on point, it’s excellent. I just hope management takes the necessary steps to improve the ordering process, because it’s a real downside to what could otherwise be a top-tier spot.

I enjoy the coffee here quite a bit, but I'm disappointed in how I've been treated in their app and rewards program, some of it is the barista's error and a lot of it has just been the app and program itself. They've used the wrong coupons when I asked for the correct one, such as the non expiring one for double points instead of the dollar off that was expiring that day. Their app hasn't worked the last two offers I got, leading me to not be able get rewards I have the opportunity to earn, but sees that I tried to take the offer and
Their people have asked for my number each time and it has only recorded half my visits and I just feel kinda scammed outta the rewards program, with no resolution the couple times I've brought it up, when I make sure they can see my account when I order and let them know it's been not working/sucky.

I'll be sticking to my other joints instead of converting over due to the rewards system not being a good experience, but I will empathize that their coffee is really good and worth a shot to try. I just personally don't want to spend my money where there's a rewards program I'm in and not be able to use that but half the visits correctly.

Came through here a couple of Friday nights ago and it seemed to have only one employee working but she was friendly and was excited to see my pup - who got a puppachino. She went through that drive-thru and inside lines like magic. Love their choices and can't wait to try more selection when I come through.

Monday at 430pm. Slow in lobby and one car in drive through. Horribly rude employee. Didn't even care to make my drink how I asked. I always tip decent. Second time I've had horrible service from this girl. I've been a long time customer won't be going back to the location on gway. Hire someone who wants to be in customer serive

Not impressed since Wake Up Call bought this place. Their pick up order system is broken. You still have to wait a while when you get there because they are understaffed and some of the staff look like they just rolled out of bed and act that way too. The way they make their iced coffee, I could of had milk over ice at home.
