If two customers at opposite windows are shrugging and wondering why nobody is helping us you’re doing it wrong. I waited over five minutes before two girls finally popped out from the back. At this point I expected my normal cheerful experience. Nope. Rude, disinterested, and acted like she had way better places to be. No smiling, no friendliness at all. This is what I get for stopping at a different location than I’m used to. Will never stop here again.

I love this location. Today I was helped by Alaska, and she was as awesome as always. This will always be my coffee shop because the drinks are incredible (my go to is a 32oz Spring Blossom with Mad Hatter Energy) but the staff really make the experience. They are knowledgeable, friendly and expedient. If you're looking for a pick-me-up, come down and visit Alaska and the rest of the awesome staff. They will hook you up and make you feel like family.

In town for a visit. I go here daily. Service is always prompt. Terrance and Alaska are amazing. Wasn’t sure what to order. Terrance made something based on my specific tastes. It was delicious. Everyday I shown up after one or the other is there and they always remember my order. They are super friendly and prompt. My favorite coffe stop when I’m in town.

Just wanted to give Amanda a shoutout! Not only does my dog get super excited to see her, but so do I and my family. She is our absolute favorite! We go there often and when we don’t get her, it’s definitely a huge difference in customer service. She goes above and beyond, makes her drinks always so good, and you can tell she has a heart of gold!
