Received a gift card, so I figured i would try it out, I don't usually buy things from these types of places, but I must say it was really good. I got a mermaid water, madd hatter. Very good. I will be going back to this one for sure. I want to try a few more things on the menu, plus they have 1$ coffee all day every day, I might start drinking more coffee. It was simply an amazing experience all around. The staff was amazing and very professional.

This location is my favorite. Ever since they opened, everyone who has worked here has never failed to make bomb coffee or energy drinks. I had an incident a couple of months back where I went to another location, and they did not do my coffee right. I drove here, and they fixed my coffee. So, no matter where I am in town, this is the only location I stop at for my drinks. The workers are awesome, always friendly with a smile 😃

I realized that my breakfast sandwich had something in it that I have a food intolerance to, so I stopped eating it and went up to ask the person working if I could have an exchange or a refund. I said something like, "Hi, I think my sandwich has onion in it, does it? If it does, I'm unfortunately probably going to have a food reaction to this..." And all they said was, "Sorry to hear that, I didn't know it had onion because I haven't eaten it." And they turned away and kept talking to the person in the drive-thru and they didn't listen or let me finish. I just threw it away and left after that.

It wasn't their fault that it had onion in it, and I wasn't mad at them for that, but they shouldn't have ignored me, and they should have asked if I wanted a different sandwich of a similar price that I could eat. I was a barista for several years, and that's what I would have done. Saying "sorry" and turning away wasn't the way to handle that.

Came in for a morning coffee with my daughter before school we came inside nobody was there except for one gentleman sleeping at a table. Staff did not welcome us We stood at the cash register for 10 minutes without a welcome hello I will be right with you. Nothing not even acknowledged that we even walked in the building to stand there for 10 minutes and not be acknowledged, I had even said excuse me the guy walked to the back to change. The music came right back and again started making orders which some of the cars were not even there prior to me walking into the building was rude and very unprofessional will not be coming back to That wake up call ever again

Generally a decent place. However, I stopped by the other evening at the drive thru but no one was at the window. I went inside and no one was at the counter. I called out several times to no response. I finally walked back toward the restroom and the rear employee area and called out loudly again. Finally the one employee came out and was able to help me.

Be aware the worker over charging you. I got a Medium Sized ice rocket get charged $7.05 something. I know Normal Medium Sized is about $5.85 or $6 bc a large cup is about $7ish. Never coming back to this location.

One time I found a whole binder full of a bunch of paperwork about their employees , their business license and a bunch of other stuff including a laptop computer.,.. actually my daughter's founded and it was scattered all over the grass in my apartments. They didn't even offer me a free coffee for calling them and turning it in. You think the least they would do is say oh let us get you a free coffee. So I'll never go there again that to me was rude. Somebody stole all their stuff and I found it and they can't even offer me a free coffee really that makes no sense

Always seems like thier stock is low. Iced drinks are good, Hot drinks takes like cardboard. Not sure if they went with a cheaper type of paper cup but it's cause the hot drinks to taste like paper.
