I am reviewing for today’s experience first. My friend and I were literally ignored at the counter while barista chatted with drive up customer. When we asked hey what about us? She said “ I have to take care of the cars first” I don’t know if that’s Wake Up Calls policy but I believe if someone comes to your business they should be waited on in the order that they arrived…. Not take care of incoming cars first. Barista was alone so I can’t fault her for that. Morning is coffee prime time so perhaps having more staff would fix this problem.

I have given this specific location the benefit of the doubt for the last time and am officially done with this business. Please support the small local coffee businesses that actually try. Last straw for me, two girls working whose attitudes show that couldn’t care less about anything. Done spending $ for Luke warm coffee and shitty service, I said something before to management nothing has changed.

I’ve been in a few times and both Kayla and Logan are AHHHMAZING. Logan was killing it one morning on his own (I think the next person hadn’t come in yet). There were in-house and drive thru customers. Logan juggled them all efficiently, with a smile and like a boss. Kayla is the most chill and nice person. I REALLY took my time and asked her all these questions and she was patient, kind, informative and super sweet. They both need a raise!!

I love their coffee. They brew it right in there and it just smells so amazing. Unfortunately they told me they are changing to a regular roasters. They made me a drink that was so good I started coming every morning to get it. Taste like a good Seattle coffee. Extra yummy on those cold days such rich flavor without the bitter taste. Just amazing.

Easily my favorite local coffee shop in town. Such a beautiful seating area, surrounded by the smell of freshly roasted coffee beans. Staff takes pride in their drinks and are excited to talk about their coffee. They have a drive through, but why not take the time to truly enjoy every sip?

We had stopped coming to this location a few months back due to the lack of customer service BUT thought why not give it a second chance. Glad we did!! I was told by a sweet couple who happen to share my affinity for all things coffee about this delightful coffee shop.
Having never had a cup o' Joe from this particular spot, I managed to snag a drink just before they closed on a Sunday. I could easily write for hours about how truly awesome the coffee is here. But since I have to get back to darning my Himalayan socks, I'll keep it short & sweet.
This place has the smoothest coffee I've ever drank... aaand I have drunk coffee from almost everywhere.
Check this amazing place out. The ambience of the place is really cozy & the service is enthusiastic. I love it here, & I'm excited to return soon.

One of my favorite shops in town. I'm not sure who these people are that are having these negative experiences but I'm in the store every week and the espresso is consistently great, the baristas are consistently friendly, the shop is very clean, the beans are well roasted, the shots well pulled, and they have a passion for coffee and people. I love that you offer single origin espresso- which is a rare treat even for many Seattle shops. Keep it up guys.
