Good small Vons La Crescenta Location looks great & super clean. The service is excellent. Super busy as it gets. The food drinks & the snacks were cheap as seen the yellow tag purchased with Vons card. I find that the employees pleasant & cooperative. Very polite of course. Savings. Saved a lot of money. Also the checkout is busy; the self-checkout is so easy to use. No waiting for the line. Finished paying quickly. I don’t have issues with anyone.

Small vons. Open until 11pm. Only been to this location a few times. What completely blew me away the first time I’m was the floral display. This orchard display with branch accents and color coordination was just gorgeous!!! My pictures don’t do the display justice. As for the rest of the store, it seems clean and well stocked.

On a pleasant afternoon of Thanksgiving, we shop at this location. However, we had a disappointing experience with the same lady at the self-checkout station during both of my visits.

On our first visit, there was no line, and there were available self-checkout counters, so we proceeded to check out. She suddenly came and told us to stop checking out with a sigh and move to the back of the line. Because, according to her, there was a queue. When we moved back as instructed, we noticed that there was no actual line. This was already upsetting, and on our second visit, she told us again to get in line properly, even though we were already next in line and there was no one waiting behind us.

What made it even worse was that she said nothing to an older white man who went straight to the checkout without lining up. This gave me the impression that she was treating us differently because of our race and younger age. I hope that in the future, all customers will be treated equally and fairly.

The store is consistently clean and stocked with fresh food. There are plenty of grab and go options for food on a lunch break with a full service deli and sushi available. This Vins also has a Starbucks inside. The butcher also has quick options to grab for dinner. Frequently visit and definitely recommend.

Refund policy for online pickup is useless. No option if poor quality or other with explanation. Bought 4 bags of Signature frozen mixed berries. 70% raisin size blue berries. A few raspberries. A few black berries and a few strawberries. All appeared as having freezer burn. Tasteless and dry. Dole is the best but not available. These really are terrible
